I normally dont do reviews but I felt like this place warranted one. Long story short: My brakes were grinding pretty loudly after a while and it had me pretty worried. I called around to PepBoys, Firestone and Sears and was given the run-around. I finally made an appointment at 4:00 to go to PepBoys to have them take a look. They said if it was the rotor and the brakepads it would cost me around $500-$600. I felt sick to my stomach. I arrived at Pepboys for my appointment and was told it would be another 30-40 minutes. I took this as a sign and called Tire Store Service Center. Sammy answered the phone and told me to come on in...there wasnt a wait...and quoted me a price hundreds of dollars less...even if it WAS the rotor. I took off and went straight there. Sammy was professional, courteous, and when I asked him if he was this nice to all his customers he said, "I just like to help people" and Sammy was helpful. Showed my why my rotor needed to be replaced and told me it would take a couple of hours...might even need to take it over night if they didnt have the parts. I felt comfortable with that. I picked it up today, went to pay and there was Sammy! Big smile on his face and he got me taken care of. This place has a customer for life. Thanks, Sammy and thanks Tire Store Service Center!

I brought my car in on Friday after bringing it from sears .. Sears originally told me what was wrong with my car. I brought the car here and showed papers and told them what sears said I needed done dear told me that I ball mounts and center link. I brohht it here after the "checked" my car they told me that I didnt need ball mounts I only needed center link replaced On Saturday they told me that it wasnt the center link that they needed to replace the tire mounts ... Sunday theyre closed Monday was Memorial Day. Today is Tuesday I didnt receive any calls my brother do happens to live next door and decided to check on my car. He called me upset saying that theyre saying I need to replace my ball mount. Smh I originally told them these! I wish they could have checked this out before working on my vehicle. It seems like more and more things are happening with there street mechanics. Its obvious that they didnt know what they were doing. Im highly upset because I have been without a car for 5 days and its still not fixed! BEWARE WHEN YOU BRING YOU CAR HERE!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!! STREET MECHANICS!! STREET MECHANICS This is my 1st and last time bringing my car here

I am so glad I found this place!! My husbands truck broke down and with us both working 55--65 hours a week at different days and times its hard to get errands done sometimes. What I love about this place are their hours! They stay open late which is great because I often get off work late AND they are open weekends! Many other places Ive found I just cant always depend on for everything because their hours just do not fit our schedules. The hours alone would be great for me but the service these guys give you is outstanding! They are very nice and talk to you like youve been friends for years. In addition to that their waiting room comes with free wifi, tv, bottled water and comfy chairs! I dont have much experience taking our vehicles in to be fixed, and I did not purchase any tires, so I dont have a great idea of how their prices really compare to other places but I thought their prices for what we had done was very reasonable. I just wish I had not just bought 8 new tires in May for our cars because I would have loved to give them that business as well.

Beware of this falsely highly rated auto service center! This is an illusion. They are there to robbed your hard earned money. I went to this store to fix P0420 code of my 2005 Toyota Camry on Sep, 02, 2016. I talked to the guy called Sam (manager?). He told me I need to change the catalytic converter to fix the problem and told me a catalytic converter will cost $430 with 5 year warranty and $150 including 1 year labor. However, he offered me $30 discount on total price if I pay in cash instead of using my card. To my surprise he gave me the vague receipt including the part number and brand name including the total price of $550 without breaking the price for labor and part despite my repeated request to give me the receipt by breaking the price or separate receipt for service and parts. I am sure this is not legitimate paper to claim my warrant in the future. In addition, after googling I found the price for the same part varying from about $280 at Amazon to $360 at Walmart. I wish I could give them negative 5 stars.

Never wrote a review in my life, but this is the least I can do to show my gratitude... Was referred by a good friend/boss. These guys far exceeded my expectations: service, time, and price. Had all 4 tires replaced before I can say, "is it ready yet?" After passing my skepticism, I decided to bring my car back next week to get a major mechanical issue done. Baker (very chill, not "salesy" gentleman) explained the situations but most importantly reassured me the car would get done right and I would get the "best price in town." Wow, was he right! He showed time and time that I was getting nothing less than %100 customer service. I came in to fix an oil leak @ a quoted price. On top of fixing it, he had changed the oil, spark plugs, and worked on another issue for the same price. I paid $500 less compared to other shops nearby. Honestly I left the place saying to myself, "how did they make money off of me?" May you guys continue to flourish and prosper. You guys deserve every bit.

This store closes at 8. My tire got slashed or something and i realized it when i tried to drive home from a clients house. It was 4:20 when i called my insurance to get towed to the tire store since i had no spare. Insurance got back to me by 4:30 saying the tow truck would be there by 6 which is when discount tire closed so i found this place open till 8. Tow truck guy did not get to me till 7:45 (There review is next!!) Pulled into to this tire store at exactly 8 and I went in with pleading eyes and asked them as they were closing up and literally walking out the door to please get me a new tire! I could tell they were ready to get home and had every right to turn me down but they kindly said they would hook me up! I was so grateful! They were very fast (maybe because they wanted to get home, lol) and extremely kind! Will be using them next time if theres no issues with the new tire!:)

Stop by to get a quote for tires. I was suprise about the prices and deals Baker and his father were willing to do for me to get my business. Had 4 brand new name brand tires and alignment done. They saved me lots of money on that service alone. I also had to get other parts replaced on my SUV, and the service and prices were just great!!!. In total Baker saved me a few hundred dollars. Baker talked to me like we been buddies for yrs. He also offered his own car so I can use while they fixed my car. Where else will you go and a perfect stranger much less someone working on your car will offer their car for the time they have yours?!!!! GIVE Baker and his business a try. Baker Thanks!!!
