Well, Im a mother of two and my car had a terrible sound coming from around the left front tire. A neighbor said he thought my hub bearing had gone out so I took it to Blagg. The initial quote to replace the bearing and a front end alignment was at $320 (parts/labor). I thought oh shoot, thats a lot of money to me but I needed the car and the noise it was making was terrible. So I said, go ahead and left the car. Next thing I know I get a call from them saying ... its fixed ... no charge ... WHAT ? I must be dreaming ... NO CHARGE ? ... They said when they got into it, they found that the noise was due to my tire simply being loose. They tightened it, advised me it was a dangerous condition, and no charge ... From $320 to ... NO CHARGE ! Incredible. Everyone at work thought, well, all auto shops will rob you but at least your car will run ... Now we know different. Smack in the middle of Grapevine are these wonderful folks.

Really wanted to like this place. My fiancé comes here all the time and has pretty good experiences so thats why I visited. My AC went out suddenly on me and I figured out myself my compressor wasnt working properly. Took it to them & they said due to a bad clutch coil Id have to replace the ENTIRE compressor which would cost $850! Contacted another mechanic who said a bad clutch coil wont ruin your compressor into needing a replacement and the part itself is only $25.00. When I went back to get my car from Blagg I asked why they couldnt replace just the part and got some "well technically you can buuuut..." nonsense. Ordered a new coil myself and had my friend put it on and now my AC runs great. Disappointed with this place, not sure why some people are taken care of here more than others. Do your own research on your car as much as you can and get your own parts when you can so you dont get scammed out of money.

I paid for a diagnostic, and what I received was a half assed, "replace everything, nothing can be fixed" answer. When I asked what was wrong, the answer was "Its broken." When I picked up my car, the attendant had closed 10 minutes early, didnt want to give me my keys, then couldnt find the keys. I asked to see the quote, he didnt have it, finally he wrote individual prices on my receipt. I already knew my air-conditioning was broken, I wanted to know how to fix it, not replace everything involving my cooling system. Update: The issue ended up being my ambient temperature sensor. If I would have given Blagg Tire & Service $1,500 to replace my system, they wouldnt have solved the problem. Piss poor diagnostics team.

I just want to say thanks to Blagg Tire Pros & Service for a really fast repair job on my SUV. Rewired and gave it back to me in about 24 hours. Jobs are always warrantied. Ive used them for several years and have never been dissatisfied. They understood my situation and even charged me less than quote! Bryce, Chris and Rusty...THANKS! I gave them some homemade soap last year, so gave them a big bag full after getting my car back. Big grins all around. All the guys there are super helpful and friendly. A huge double thumbs up guys! THANK YOU!!!

Well I dont know which employee served you but I went in to get prices on a new tire and the idiot figured that because Im a teenage girl I didnt know what he was talking about.. Ive been around the automotive industry all my life and working on cars since I was seven. I will make the drive to Watauga to go to Hamms because they wont take advantage of you. As for automotive repair, you will never find a better price than Windsor classics and collision in Roanoke.

From the time I opened the door, I received outstanding customer service. The service advisors were very knowledgeable and polite. I was very impressed how Scott, the general manager, and Joey, the assistant manager, came out to introduce themselves when I came to pick up car. They wanted to see how my first experience was. Due to their customer service, I will never bring my car to another shop again!

They incorrectly installed brake pads/ rotors on my lifted ford f-150. I left the truck with them for more than a week (for a brake job!), finally after figuring out they incorrectly installed my brakes they told me they bled the ABS system! I had to find this all out for myself after bringing it to the dealership.... They didnt even own up to their mistake. (This was at the new keller location)

Ive been going to this place for years. Through 2 managers/owners. They always give me what i need at fair prices. Their Service Advisor is always straight forward with me on what needs to be fixed, never once being vague. And the mechanics always get the job done in a timely and efficient manner. I recommend this shop to my friends and family all the time.
