Needed parts to repair shift selector (about $15 in parts). Very reasonable price. Was told the cover often breaks and needed to be pried open with screw driver. Attempted with my hands and he just sat there and watched me struggle. Walked to my car (as still did not offer any help) and didnt have a screwdriver. Still had to come back and ask for screwdriver that I could use. So now I needed the other part $15 to finish the repair. A normal person would have offered a screw driver or to fix it (as they are mechanics) for me and I would have been happy to pay for service. If you are going be that unhelpful for $30 in plastic sure as heck not bringing my car there for anything else. Had heard good things about but wouldnt trust someone that unfriendly and unhelpful. *If you cant touch the part because of the risk of breakage then just communicate with a customer

This is the best shop in DFW! Nobody here tries to pull anyones leg. If you want your car worked on and fixed right the first time go see these guys. They will make sure your taken care of. This company is the only company that I know, that still shows quality service from the time you get there and during your vehicles stay. Everyones vehicle is treated as if it were his own. If your vehicle stays the night, it gets locked up in the shop or behind a locked gate. The mechanics are all very experienced.

Delilah and Barney (the owners) are fantastic. Weve been taking our Hondas and Toyotas to them for twenty years. I would not purchase my latest vehicle until Delilah told me they would work on it, too. They are polite, professional, and personable. Theyve saved us a lot of money over the years with great regular maintenance and expert advice. We highly recommend them, and have sent many friends to have their cars worked on there, too. Honest as the day is long, and they really know their cars.

They will tell you if you need what the dealer recommends-or the "scheduled service" requires- or Not!. They have saved me literally thousands of dollars over the years. This is like a place from legend, or maybe myth. My sister wil not have anyone else work on her 1991 Acura Integra (Im usually the one taking it there). Dont worry that Barney & Delilah finally retired; Brian and Paul are part of the family and maintain the highest standards for their work and scrupulous honesty and integrity. You might have thought businesses like this didnt exist any longer, but this is it!
