Overall with AAA Ive had terrible customer service, which is extremely frustrating and sad since I love having their towing service and all that membership stuff and I love their pricing. But the lack of customer service, the lack of response (from this specific location and then the regular customer service phone number, etc) is extremely irritating. I literally have had multiple people just stop replying or not call me back so I know its not just this location or just one persons issue.

I dont understand the bad reviews for this location. Like most customers, we are busy travelers. However, we had a very pleasant visit with friendly people and got our needs meet fast. As a bonus, we asked for a place to eat lunch and got a great recommendation! Thanks AAA!

I must say that the Euless Branch did an outstanding job. My call was answered right away and the agent eagerly fulfilled my request for maps and guides. I cant quite say the same for the other AAA branches I contacted, but this branch responded quickly and efficiently!

They have over charged my policy in that branch. I had car insurance with AAA for 12 years with no claims, but due technical issue I ended up paying extra $1000 and the staff their didnt want to help me out with this.

Very very bad service. No timeliness, wrong information, deceiving. Bullies Receptionists rude, uncourteous...they just dont have a clue a what customer service is.
