Ive taken my vehicle(s) to Auto Revival on a few occasions, and my experiences with them have been "so-so". The owner Mike and his wife are real friendly people but I wouldnt say I trust them entirely. Ive referred a number of close friends and relatives to take their vehicles there, and the owner has told 3 different people I know they need their engine replaced. 2 of those people are still driving their vehicles with the same motor, so Im concerned he may be guilty of over diagnosing an issue. His approach is always very gloomy. He does like any mechanic does, and tries scare tactics to make you fix a problem that may not even be a major issue. I understand part of his job is to be a salesman aside from also being a mechanic, but every time Ive came to pick up my vehicle for a small repair he already has a tall invoice printed out with all the issues he thinks I need repaired, and it usually tallies up into the thousands! The other thing I find irritable is his competitive know-it-all mentality. Hes one of those mechanics that has to "one up" the last guy who worked on your car. I just hate taking my car somewhere and listening to the mechanic tell me about how the last guy who worked on it didnt know what they were doing. I understand every mechanic thinks theyre the only one who knows how to fix on cars, but I dont care. JUST FIX IT. One occasion, I took my car in to have a part replaced. Mike quoted me a price for the part and told me it was the cheapest he could find. I just so happen to do the research beforehand and searched the internet & found the same part for a cheaper price. I told him I found a less expensive part and he sorta got defensive, and began to look it up himself. He kept me on hold for a long time and finally came back and said he found a cheaper part, which made me suspicious he was trying to initially get me for a higher cost. Most of the time I think he tries to push some of his refurbished parts hes rebuilt himself so that he can make an extra buck, which is fine, but he downplays any part you bring to him to put on and hell try to scare you & tell you its no good or its a garbage part etc etc. I may still consider going back in the future because our options are limited where we live, but I probably wouldnt recommend going for anything major. Ill probably go back for an oil change or something small. Theyre nice people and they like to advertise theyre Christian and heavily into God, but it doesnt make me believe theyre different from any other mechanic who tries to milk their customers for as much as they can get.

I was referred here by a good friend of mine and brought in my 2009 car to have a few issues looked at: check engine light, bouncy ride, window not rolling down and mount license plate. From the get-go, they were so friendly and welcoming and really made me feel like I was in the right place! When they figured out the issues, they let me know all costs involved and did not try to surprise me with any extra, unnecessary costs. My car needed to have the inspection done and they offered to take it down and get it inspected and it did not cost anything extra than the fee for the inspection. I had taken my car to a corporately owned car repair shop previously and was given some quotes I was questioning. Very glad I made the decision to give Auto Revival a try because the cost was considerably less and the check engine light ended up only being something unplugged, which was a huge relief since the quote I had gotten from the corporate place was about $400 to fix! My husband and I have decided this is our new car place for any issues! Very trustworthy and awesome people! I would recommend everyone to go see them for your vehicle!

This a a place that stands by their word and honors their work. They replaced our cars alternator. A month later the car stopped running, and I had to leave it in the parking lot of a business overnight and a friend brought me home. My husband was out of town, and I had no way of getting the car to their shop. When we called them about it, they took responsibility for the bad alternator, and said they would help us in any way. They came to my house to pick up the keys, drove 30 miles away to jump start the car to get it their shop. Then, they replaced the bad alternator (which was defected, not a result of their work) and drove the car back to my house the next day because I had no way of picking it up. They did not charge me anything extra. They were kind and friendly throughout the process. Im grateful for Grace and Michael and will continue to use their services.

Quality, honest work. Mike is the best diagnostician I know. I have had multiple vehicles in the shop and they are always up front about what needs to be done. I will go back and I always recommend him to my friends. What I like about Mike is that he doesnt recommend anything that he wouldnt do to his own vehicle. I wanted to do some work on my truck 10,000 miles ago. Instead of taking my money, he continues to tell me that I might as well get as much use out of the old part as possible. I appreciate the level of competency and honesty. Hard to find a good mechanic, but I have.

I was headed out of town and a warning light come on in my truck. I took it in the checked it out told me everything would be fine and I was in good shape to hit the road. They made note of a couple things to keep an eye on that were starting to show small signs of wear (My truck is 12 years old), but unlike most mechanics they didnt try to scare me into unnecessary repairs before I actually needed them. Ive been back several times for routine maintenance and they always have the truck back to me quickly and ready to go.

Great people, knowledgeable, honest. I will be bringing my Ford Raptor back for everything from oil changes to engine rebuilds. Thank you! Also, I disagree with the post about being in a hurry. They charged me nothing to diagnose a significant problem that I brought to them. I dont know if this is common, but sharing my experience.

What a great business! These guys genuinely car. My car had been vandalized and they went above and beyond to ensure that not only was my car in great shape, I was informed of everything that was/could be an issue, but they even made sure to help prevent it ever happening again. They are a blessing to Justin, TX.

I had a problem with my brakes and auto revival got me back on the road with a temporary fix at no charge until I can bring my 1999 Chevy 3/4 ton back for service... Thank you so much Mike and Grace.. And God bless you both..
