Mike and the guys here have been nothing but honest with me, I have a 20 year old Chevy pickup that obviously needs a little TLC every now and then. I originally brought it there just to have a routine muffler replacement done, and now will trust them to do everything else since they definitely seem to know these trucks in and out. Obviously aging vehicles get kind of spendy to repair, but I have never been gouged here and feel as if all things are explained very clearly when it comes to charges. Lifetime warranties have been offered on parts, which is a big deal to me since Im keeping this truck until the wheels literally fall off. That looks to be many years from now if the guys at Midas keep doing what they are doing. Scheduling has always been easy, Ive never had issues getting service work done flexible to my crazy schedule. I definitely recommend this Midas location to anyone that doesnt want to deal with those status-quo shops that like to find things wrong just to find things wrong.

These clowns installed a battery and starter on my vehicle...said they were both bad...I took the battery back to Wal Mart where it tested just fine (multiple times)...I then took the same battery they claimed was bad to Interstate Battery where they ran 5 tests that all had results showing the battery is good. Starter was just fine too, it was a battery disconnect that wasnt making a solid connection...which they knew about because they did not re install it with the new battery. They would not refund my charge. Management didnt cooporate even after I showed them the faulty disconnect and let them know I knew...oh yeah, they also damaged the interior of my vehicle in the process and did not even have the courtesy to tell me!!!! Acted as though everything was fine. Horrific service and management....stay far far away from this dishonest wreck of a shop.

I have been going to midas for a few years now. I had the misfortune of impetuously buying a lemon. The car was a money pit from the 1st week I had it and it stayed a disaster for a few years after. It needed a complete makeover. So Mike and I got to know each other quite well. He has always been a straight shooter, and more than fair. Of all the work I had done it was top notch, except one time where the problem didnt get fixed due to it being multiple things wrong that the reader may have not picked up on, or a mistake was made (we are all human). I called Mike about it and he picked up the bill somehow and allowed me to make payments because he knew I was down and out at the time. He is the easiest and friendliest guy to work with and why I have been with Midas and will continue to be

I brought my car to the Midas in Grand Forks, where they replaced 2 of my tires. One was constantly getting flat, so I went back to get it repaired. To my surprise, the Midas had closed. There was a sign on the door instructing me to call the Fargo Midas, which I did. The guy who answered the phone was completely unhelpful and continually said, "I really wish I could help you." He told me that it was very unlikely that my issue would be covered under the warranty because no tire repairs are covered. He told me that I might as well pay to get it fixed in Grand Forks. If I wanted a tire without a decent warranty, I would have just gone to the junk yard and bought the most decent-looking tires I could find. I will definitely be going to Sears from now on.

Very dishonest. .....will cause more problems they your car. While in visit sitting waiting room and guy had been three times for same and still was not about give a clear answer. They staff is rude at times. ..have had over few oil changes with them and they still yell and ask in and they tell me Oh you been hear before! After having work on my ac my car became un- driver able. My car over heated and after letting ford dealer ship look at it ...they said it was very clear someone had damaging my car more then fixing it ! Please go so where else !! Save ur self and car. Just playing customer that paid them mess up my vehicle! ! Please be safe with them !!

I got brand new tires today and my car now drives better than it did when I bought the car!!! But the service that a got there was almost better than the tires everyone was nice and answered all my questions it was amazing Ive taken my cars other places before and i usually get rushed out the door and they act like they are just happy to get my money but midas gave service with a smile wich is how its supposed to be thats why I will always take my car the from now on!!! Thanks Mike and all the other employees that worked on my car!

Mike and his crew are top knotch. Even when they are far behind if I can leave my car or truck with him they always seem to squeeze it in. They have earn my business for as long as this crew stays the same. With that said. The work is right on, no over selling, and they stand by what they do and they are very thorough with the task that you give them. I am not easy to please and they have never failed me. Go with confidence that they will do it right the first time.

I have four cars, and for one reason or another each of them has needed large or small repair. This Midas shop is wonderful. I am especially impressed with the customer relations. Every effort is made to explain the repairs, to schedule the work according to customer need, and to take the time to answer questions. The actual repair work has been first-rate. I recommend this Midas shop to everyone, with enthusiasm.

I paid for the most expensive oil change they had, and they didnt change my oil filter. Now Its been around 5-6k miles later, my engine is dying, and if they wouldve taken the time to do their job right I wouldnt be shopping for a new car right now. Would not recommend.
