Dont ever have a life event happen to you such as a promotion or having to move. I recently moved out of state. U pay for the 1st and last month of your membership right, I call to cancel and they say I have to send a certified letter , really? Are we in the 90s .......u guys got my money, I would stay if I didnt have a promotion and they say I need to come in person........just a bad way of doing business , and I will not be a repeat customer. I ask to speak to the manager and they kept me on hold and hung up. Plus the smartass guy told me that wasnt my problem.....continue screwing people guys

The Good: OK Gym/facilities. Some staff are nice and helpful. The Bad: Money scheme sadly enough. Like others say, they get you, especially in the beginning with good rates, but charge 1st and last month. Well in my case came and canceled in person, with GM present. Just recently got contacted - after not being at gym for 3 months that I was 2 months overdue. Never canceled. Guess I shouldve got something in writing. Stay away until new management takes over.

Even though the place is good for workout, but management is not. They just find ways to pull money from your pocket. They charged me ~$75 for no reason. I asked in advance to cancel my registration, but they made me fill freeze form and charged one month extra. They rejected my request to refund my money. I suggest, just do the payment is cash to avoid such surprises. Very bag management. I feel very sad for joining the UFC gym. One of the sad UFC customer.

They are con artists and will rip you off. Extremely poor management and rude, unhelpful staff. Dont let the little tour they give you fool you. The staff is never helpful and the manager is hardly ever there. The facilities is average and not worth what your paying for. You could find a way better quality gym with better equipment for a cheaper price somewhere else. Dont fall into the trap. They will take your money and not give it back. They are scammers.

It is ok! If you are looking for motivation and accountability this is not the place. The General manager seems never to be there. I had issues with the billing part but he never called me back. They keep taking money of bank account and of course he does not care.

Amazing gym! Top of the line equipment and very clean. Love the group classes.. they make you sweat and burn lots of calories for sure!! Love it.

Worst gym ever. Staff are low class. Money hungry. Trying to take you for ever pennie. Dont fall for there hustle. Very very low life workers.

To day was my first time in UFC...!! I had good time there.. I got chance to attend Muay Tai class.. Instructors were awesome
