I never post reviews, but I had Ordered Bluetooth device from a 3rd party seller that was shipped USPS priority overnight mail. It was due to arrive by noon next day. However, tracking showed it arrived to this post office by 11:40am but the "out for delivery" status was never posted. Finally I called at 4pm and spoke to Tom - a most helpful individual! He took the tracking number & actually proceeded to text my local mailman whom confirmed he had just delivered it moments ago . He then kindly explained that the driver had an "older scanner" that doesnt update the status till he returns from his deliveries. I consider that level of service above & beyond and am very impressed by their willingness to assist! Best post office ever.

If I have choice I would give zero star, today I went there to ship a package, a lady name Philly (maybe) was very rude. She didnt give us any smile at all. It seemed like I owned her lots of money. I spent almost 40min there and she didnt accept my box. The package I already paid online, all she need to do was to accept it in the system. I asked her what was the problem with my package, she just said she can not tell me anything. The attitude was extremely rude!!! Dont ask her for help to ship a package!! She checked my Id twice!! I went to another USPS office to ship my package there was no problem. I strongly recommend not going to this lady!!

Dont go there, every day I have almost ten boxes, whenever I go there drop boxes is full, and employees doesnt have patience, and they dont care their customer and drop boxes.

So awful... they shouldnt have this self service stations if there are no supplies to send out your docs. Either keep it well supplied or just close it down.

I bought two stamps with my photo credit card, an old lady tried to check my two IDs! Who the hell take two IDs just for buying stamps! Ridiculous experience!

Pay with cash only! If pay with your credit card will have to show the postal lady that even though you do

Avoid if possible. Staff is unhelpful and they look like they dont want to be there. Long wait times.
