As a small business owner in the Dallas area, I have used many of these "Mailboxes, Etc." type businesses over the last 15 years. Many have changed ownership (including this one) and many have closed their doors for good. I have been doing business the Canyon Creek Postal through 3 owners now, including the current one. None of them however, have shown the excellence in customer service and integrity that I have experienced with the current ownership at Canyon Creek Postal. I challenge anyone reading this to find a shipping and mailbox location with ownership that truly cares about their customers and their business more than Canyon Creek Postal. Excellent delivery services, plus outstanding customer service! Not only were they able to ship my packages in a very cost effective manner, but they also followed up to ensure my packages were delivery as promised. They even helped with packing materials to ensure my items arrived damage-free, etc. This is a family-owned business that really cares about their customers!

I love this place. I own a small business around the corner from here and use their services all the time. Phoebe is the owner and her husband owns a barber shop next door. They are some of the nicest people around. Thank you for the great customer service and for treating me like a friend and not just a customer.

Very near by to Royal Arms apartment in Custer pkwy. Customer service was really good. I shipped like 2 packages through USPS. I forgot to enter the building number in my package, they went out of the way to make sure that the package reaches me. Really helpful. Would recommend it.

Will never use this place again. Prices were way too high and the lady was very rude. She kept sighing as if I was make her work too hard. It was one little box. If you dont like your job, find another one. I gave it one star because it would let me give it zero.
