This is the best little post office anywhere...I ship there daily and have never seen any post office employee give such personal attention. They are the nicest people who are always cheerful, helpful and kind. Never knew Melissa, TX had a post office! Called them today and a LIVE person answered (Lisa)!! She was awesome. Lisa told me they received my note in my mailbox that a package was coming to me but did not have my physical address on it. Carrier picked up my note and it is be delivered today. SMALL TOWN LOVE. Much appreciated MELISSA TX. USPS.

Always friendly and helpful. The hours of operation are not very helpful if you work during the day. Otherwise, you couldnt find a happier, nicer group of people. I wouldnt mind working there, everyone seems to be in a good mood all the time. They are willing to help you with any of your mail/package related problems.

Odd experience- I enjoyed going to a post office. Seriously, the people that work here are extremely friendly and I got what I needed taken care of in under 3 (no, there is not a "0" missing from the end of that) minutes.

I have a hold mail request that ended on August 1 with a request to resume delivery and I have yet to receive my mail. This office closed before I get home and opens after I leave for work. Very disappointed in my service.
