Santiago was a very responsive plumber and worked with my needs in order to get this job done within my budget. I had 3 different plumbers come out for quotes and he was the most knowledgeable and the best priced. He let me do the trenching for the sewer and water line which saved me a lot of money. Overall a great staff and will be using again. Description Of Work: 1. Ran a new water line from the water meter to the house. 2. Ran a sewer and water line to the back garage because I wanted to convert it to a livable apartment. 3. Installed a lift station due the there not being enough fall from the garage apartment to the sewer line in the front. 4. Ran all the plumbing in the garage apt for kitchen sink, claw foot tub, toilet, bathroom sink, and water heater. 5. Hooked up all the fixtures.

We hired Alamo plumbing to come out to look into a leak after reading all the great reviews and unfortunately our experience was anything but that. We were messed around - they were late for two appointments and another two appointments were cancelled, one of those without even so much as a phone call to let us know. We called and called and they would never return our calls, even after going into their office to ask for a refund we have been unable to get any response on the poor customer service we received. We never got a proper diagnosis of the issue and basically we waited nearly 3 weeks and paid $95 dollars for someone to come and dig a hole and leave a mess in our front yard. In the end, we hired a different company to come out and look at the issue and it was fixed that same day.

These guys just did a plumbing repair for us & they deserve 10 Gold Stars. 1. They got out here QUICK. 2. They were VERY reasonably priced & stuck to their estimate.(actually their plumber did more than we even asked them to do; which was replace a pipe coming out of the wall). 3. Their man was very professional. He explained everything he was doing/ going to do & did a great job. What a fantastic surprise! And a Blessing. We need a toilet changed out in the next couple of weeks & the new one has been sitting in our garage for months because we were in a quandary about who to call. Now we know! (We had sinks installed in 2008 & it cost us everything but our first born. We were REALLY dreading this.) I cant recommend Alamo Plumbing Solutions highly enough!

Started off good but dealing with warranty and insurance they became a disappointment. Even after explained whatever warranty didnt cover I would pay at day of service they still failed to even call to discuss. At day of appointment they were a no show and when called thats when they wanted to discuss payment on a Saturday. Even when told they can bill insurance who is a major major company they refused and I still explained I could pay at time of service. Ultimately not very professional dealing with concerns before day of service to give customer a chance to find other services especially when dealing with a water crisis. Things are time sensitive.

If you want a business that schedules an appointment then doesnt show, you have the right people. I scheduled a hydrostatic test, confirmed it twice b/c it was the last day of a house buying option period. The day of the appointment their plumber never showed. I called no less than 15 times and never heard back from them. It wasnt intil the next day when "I" called that the girl said, "oh we lost power and couldnt unlock our business b/c we were locked out. We couldnt access our computers or cell phones either". You be the judge as the whether or not thats a valid/believable excuse. Will never do business with them again

I had a main sewer line problem today. I called so many plumbing companies but no one wanted to come out because it was past 6pm, they were done for the day & tomorrow is 4th of July (even places that say 24hr plumbing) I was giving up, thought I had to wait till the 5th for someone to come but I decided to call one last company & that was Alamo Plumbing Solutions. I was shocked when he told me he would come within the hour & at such a reasonable price. Santiago showed up & did the camera & locator thing & marked the problem areas in the alley. (SAWS will have to repair) Would do business again. Thanks for your service!

We are in the process of selling our home and the buyers home inspector found a few minor plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. We called and within 24 hours everything was fixed to meet code. The team worked very fast and were polite throughout the entire process. They ensured they met every need of the inspector. The price knocked it out of the park compared to some of these major plumbing companies where you are just paying for the name. So if you want your work done right and without paying an arm and a leg...this is definitely the company to call.

We are extremely happy with the work done by Alamo Plumbing Solutions. We needed our water heater replaced and called several companies who told us it would be days until they would be able to come. The owner of Alamo Plumbing Solutions immediately took action and replaced our water heater without us having to wait too long. The workers were very professional and polite and the price was very reasonable. They took the old water heater and left the area very clean. I highly recommend this company.

After waiting ALL day for another plumbing company to come out to unclogg my one and only commode, I gave up on them and called Alamo Plumbing. I was told they were really busy, but they would work me in. To my surprise, they had my plumber to me within the hour. After 30 minutes my commode was flushing. The plumber even went as far as running a video camera through all my lines to make sure I didnt have any other problems. He did this for FREE. Ill never use another plumbing company again

Very thorough! Very respectful! Professional and knowledgeable...I was very impressed with their customer service. They took their time (without overcharging me!) to find out exactly where my shower was leaking, why it was leaking, and recommended what I needed to do to resolve the matter. The previous company i used gave me the wrong diagnosis which caused the issue to get worse. I highly recommend this company because they know what they are doing.

Alamo Plumbing saved me a lot of money and I really appreciate it. Santiago fixed the part that needed to be replaced and I didnt have to buy a new water heater and implement all the new city requirements.
