Im glad I found Shamrock Plumbing Company in Spring Branch / San Antonio, Tx to replace and install my hot water heater! Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable and took more than enough time to answer all of my questions (Im a first time home owner). Instead of selling me, the first thing they had me do was give them my hot water heaters serial number so they could look up my water heater and see if it was still under warranty - and it was! That saved me $400 or $500+ right from the beginning. 2 other very highly 4.5+ star companies in San Antonio told me it had to be replaced and never even mentioned the warranty. Shamrock Plumbing Company is a family owned company and they go above and beyond to provide excellent service their customers. Very happy - new lifelong customer!
