One of their drivers almost caused my husband to wreck because the driver apparently is ignorant to the law in San Antonio, he was driving while on the phone with the phone in his hand to his ear and driving 45 in a 65 zone. Not only did he almost cause a wreck with my husband but some of the drivers behind is that were also doing the speed limit had to swerve off the road. I call the office to report the driver to the company, and while my husband was explaining the situation the male who answered (was the driver) the phone said well I guess youre breaking the law and started cursing at my husband and hung up. Our phone is AUXed to our vehicle, and my daughter heard him cursing. Extremely unprofessional and horribly discussing language, not to mention they obviously have no respect for SAPD or any other drivers on the road. I hope the company takes the right measures to ensure this type of behavior doesnt repeat itself.

Gibson plumbing was not helpful at all! They serviced our house once while it was still under the 2-year warranty and they did a great job then. Now, 2 years later, we have the same pipe leak occurring at the same spot and they are refusing to come out and fix it. I get that the house is no longer under warranty and I know I am going to pay for this repair, but to tell me flat out to look for another company because they give priority to new (under 2 years) homes is unacceptable. Terrible customer service! I guess they are not interested in repeat customers, so I will do exactly that, I will look for another company that does care about their customers and want repeat customers.

These guys are the worst. If your builder uses these guys you should not buy the house. They have a hard time fixing issues like your toilet. They have come to my house twice and both times and did not have the parts to fix the toilet, they even told the warranty person who scheduled the appointment the second time that they had the parts and were on their way. I had them fix the Pressure Valve to my house three times. They never even check to make sure the pressure was correct when the allegedly changed the valve. They have stood me up for an appointment or two as well. Just dont use them. Save yourself time and the aggravation of dealing with this comedy troupe.

Called four times within a week to notify them that I had a water leak. First time I spoke to a rep, they told my if I was sure and to just monitor the water meter. Called a couple of days later, rep told me that I was going to get a call back - never happened. Called again and same thing - no call back. Today, called again, rep says that a tech would come out in the afternoon, never showed up. Spent the day waiting - not even a phone call to say that they wouldnt make it out.. Very poor service. My house is still under warranty.

Very disappointed in Gibson Plumbing. Have a emergency situation with my plumbing and when my builder rep and myself call the emergency number the voicemail box is full which leads me to believe they are not checking the voice mails. I have only been in my house for 2 weeks and have to deal with this issue. The purpose of the voice mail is for people to leave messages if we are unable to do that it is pointless.

They will never call back. I spoke with Johnathan and stated Lindy will call me back to schedule a time for them to fix my plumbing issue and I have yet to get a call back. I have called three times over a month and still nothing. I asked for a manager and I got the run around with Lindy will call you back. Bad customer service! Going with someone else for my plumbing issues.

Gibson Plumbing arrived at my house at the time they said they would. They repaired my plumbing in less time than they quoted. They were courteous and professional. I would recommend Gibson Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing work.

They are terrible. Just moved into our new home and toliet does not work they do the warrenty work. Said they would be out yesterday and today and never showed. Very disappointed that KB does business with them.

Worst Service Ever. This company has the reputation of never returning phone calls and dont back their warranties. Dont use them because by the time your emergency gets handled its too late anyways.
