We needed A & A Plumbing to come in and repair and replace another contractors work. The other contractor ended up getting concrete into our shower drain. The whole drain area needed to be jack hammered up and dug out not only replacing the shoddy work the other contractor did, but also replace the p-trap and vent pipe because of all the concrete in the pipes. Ryan and Abe showed up today to replace the incorrect drain that was installed by another contractor for our new shower. When they opened up the area, they found the other contractor had put wall pipes into the ground, didnt even seal or connect them correctly, and found they had gotten concrete all the way into the p-trap. Because our vent pipe was in the way, they had to dig out a larger area and replace that as well. The original contractor showed up and was not only unprofessional, but was downright beligerant. Ryan stayed very calm and handled the contractor like the professional he is! He and Abe not only repaired and replaced everything, he checked everything for any other problems so we could be assured smooth sailing from now on. Ryan and Abe showed me they take pride in doing a great job and making sure the customer is completely satisfied. The pictures attached are showing the horrible work the other contractor did, and the NEW piping A & A Plumbing did. I would recommend them 1000%. IF I ever need a plumber again, A & A Plumbing will be the ONLY company I will call. MANY kudos to Ryan and Abe!

Discovered a problem this morning and after speaking with a very professional person, Cindy, at the A&A plumbing office had it arranged that someone would be at our home this afternoon. I asked if they could fit us in would get to the house a quickly as possible. Cindy called back to advise that they had a plumber available and he was on his way. Adam was at the house waiting for me and ready to go to work. Fearing a huge repair cost Adam methodically checked out what was going on. I couldnt see into the tub that wouldnt drain but Adam volunteered the information that the tub began to drain. His honesty saved us about $200 and for that Im grateful. In addition to being honest Adam was obviously well trained! A&A Plumbing has a new customer and if needed will be calling them again. Thank you Cindy and Adam for quickly resolving our situation

Just had A&A Plumbing out to the house for a clogged main sewer line. They were fast in coming over (withing 45 minutes) on a weekend. Ryan Huff was the plumber that was sent out along with his helper Matt. They were very professional and quickly assessed the problem. They discussed what options there were to deal with the issue and provided an estimate right away. The price was very reasonable considering it was after hours on a weekend. They resolved the issue quickly. This was the first time ever using A&A Plumbing and I am very satisfied with their work! Great prices and very professional and honest plumbers! I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again for any other plumbing needs. Thank you Ryan and Matt! You two are awesome!!!

David E and Jose were excellent. They helped me out of a real jam during Christmas week.. I ordered a tankless electric water heater from one of the big home improvement stores. I got two estimates for the install and they were both outrageous ( three times the price of the water heater). This was a replacement not a new install so all wiring and plumbing was already in place. David E and Jose gave a reasonable estimate and stayed to do the job immediately. My 93 year old mother in law is now very happy with hot water in her shower. Courteous and professional. I will definitely call then again for any plumbing work in San Antonio. A & A (Bryco) was recommended by a friend at work who said "We Love Them" I can see why!

Patrick was very prompt when I made an emergency call on a Sunday morning for a broken water line. He explained what he thought the problem was, checked it out thoroughly and confirmed it. I authorized the repairs and he made the repairs in a very timely manner showing me the broken material as well as the new material he used to repair the break. He was very professional in his appearance, his explanation of the work and explained the warranty on his work as well. This was the first time I have used this company, and a neighbor referred them to me. If I ever need service again, I will definitely ask for Patrick S.

I chose A&A Plumbing based on their reviews. They performed above and beyond my expectations. Ryan showed up as scheduled with my 30 minute advance notification. I appreciate A&As practice of sending a photo and bio before dispatching their plumber. Ryan quickly identified the core issue of many of the problems as my dead water softener pushing media into the water lines. He discussed my options and his proposed solutions. I believe the quote of all the work to be done was quite fair. I will use them for all my future plumbing needs and have talked them up to friends. Absolute top notch service!

I had extensive plumbing work performed under the slab of my house, as there were sewer leaks and sewer line sags. Master Plumber Joey and Assistant Kyle, as well as the excavators, worked diligently and professionally while on this huge job. The project took a long time, and it was finally accomplished last week. The city inspector crawled under the slab and examined the work performed and approved it, and I am very satisfied with the results. I would definitely recommend this company for any type of plumbing work!

I highly recommend A & A for your plumbing needs. I had a major water heater problem, they cam out within 3 hrs after I called, gave me a complete breakdown of the problem and my options. Never did Ryan H. use pressure tactics, just his honest opinion. Being my water heater was eleven years old I opted to replace the unit. Ryan and crew completed the job the same day and walked me thru the entire installation and equipment process. Big thumbs up to this very honest company and their staff.
