The customer service is awful. Placed a call at 8:26 a.m. Wednesday for water leak receptionist said someone would be out shortly. After me calling back three times the tech finally showed up at 8 p.m. To inform me I had a foundation leak. The tech said due to it being a foundation leak it would be a 4-5 hour job and they would return Thursday to rerouted the pipe. I didnt hear from anyone so I called only to find out that my house didnt get put on their schedule so they scheduled me for Friday no one ever showed or contacted me so again I contact the company and find out Im still not on the schedule finally they schedule me for Saturday at 10 a.m. I received a phone call at 9:45 a.m. Stating the tech wouldnt be able to make it because he was in an accident so she tells me he will be there tomorrow (Sunday). At 1:00 p.m. Today I contact the emergency call representative and she tells me he doesnt have the pipe so he wont be showing up today and that I should call Monday morning to be put on the schedule. If I wasnt being forced by DR Horton to use this company they would of lost my business before it even started. WORST PLUMBING COMPANY EVER. Dont waste your time, unless you dont mind this company wasting your time.

I love to check reviews before I use someone. This company had only one review but I loved what the customer said so I called. I was able to get an appointment within one week. As promised, the plumber called prior to arrival to let me know they were on their way and they arrived at the time scheduled. Both plumbers were professional, used shoe coverings before entering my home and were able to fix several of my plumbing problems in the same day. What surprised me the most was the price I paid for parts and labor. Extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Christianson for your plumbing needs. We wont use anyone else now.

They are horrible. They installed a new Carrier system in my home 5 years ago when I was overseas, and I have had to have it serviced at the cost of $1800. The technicians I had over (this was 2 separate occasions), said the system was improperly installed. The first time I called them, I got the run around trying to blame everyone but themselves. I decided to not bother since they did such a poor job installing the system, I had no confidence they would correct the problem. I dont doubt there was collusion between my property agent and the company.

Theres a reason this place has 3 star average reviews. They have no idea how to service customers properly. I paid them for a simple toilet fix in a brand new house and its still broken. I wouldnt give them one red cent. They dont honor their work and rub your warranty information in your face. There are great plumbers in Austin, call Reliant Plumbing. Theyre amazing and honor their work.

They originally installed the AC units in my house. Ive called them a few times over the years for followup support issues. They have always been fair, professional and reliable. They even fixed one issue for free that was a original construction issues even though it was almost 10 years after the fact. I appreciate that their AC team stands by their work!

Encountered my very first plumbing problem, a water valve leak in the wall behind my refrigerator, and am thankful to Christianson for their quick and smooth service, and their reasonable price. They explained everything clearly to me and their friendly techs were clearly experts in their field. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

From the beginning, our experience with Christianson didnt not meet any of our expectations. From poor communication regarding cost for initial testing to scheduling the work, Christianson didnt deliver. We lost an entire week due to their scheduling department and their workers not showing up before we finally gave up and hired another company.

I placed an emergency plumbing request over the phone almost 7 hours ago at 11AM. I have yet to get a phone call back. Nobody has shown up at my house. My ceiling in my garage is going to collapse pretty soon. I want EXPLANATIONS ASAP!!!

Worst customer service! We have a warranty on our home and this joke of a company never showed up to a scheduled appointment and never answered their phone. Not to mention, weve been in our home a week and their work was terrible!
