Called a lot of people to get a water softener installed in my new home. I got crazy quotes for like 2-5k. I decided I would do it myself bought a nice unit at home depot for 700$, but unfortunately i was unable to do it myself so I called these guys! They quoted me over the phone for 250$ + parts, ended up costing 300$ total. They also had a 10 percent military discount. Great company, great service. I will use them again. So yeah if you need a water softener installed, just go buy at home depot and have these guys do it.

I had an incident, my garbage disposal gave up on Saturday. That same day I got a postcard in the mail. A brand new garbage disposal for $245.00. No hidden charges, no extra cost just exactly what the postcard said. Candie called me, booked a same day appointment and emailed me my receipt. I posted this on my Facebook because great service deserves to be noticed.

By far one of the best.... I called this morning with an A/C issue and was able to book an early morning appointment on a HOT Texas day. Customer service is outstanding, prices are reasonable and fair. This business truly cares about their customers and treats them like family.

Our ac went out, called and made an appt for them to come out and they never showed. Didnt even have the decency to call and let us know so we could have called another company. I wouldnt recommend these fktards to anyone!!!
