This is the worst company I have seen in the San Antonio area. I had my appt. set for Friday LAST WEEK, it is now Thursday of the following week and they have not showed up. We used this company faithfully in the past, I am not sure what happened to this company now but I would avoid them like the plague. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This has been the worst customer service/experience I have ever had with a company. If they continue to treat customers like this they will not be in business much longer.

THE WORKERS ARRIVED AT THE SPECIFIED TIME. THEY WERE CLEAN-CUT AND COURTEOUS. THEY BEGAN THE WORK IMMEDIATELY ONCE THE PROBLEM WAS DIAGNOSED. THERE WAS NO WASTED TIME. ONCE COMPLETED THEY RE-CHECKED THEIR WORK BEFORE LEAVING AND THERE WAS NO DEBRIS LEFT BEHIND. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. A SCHERTZ RESIDENT.
