We have used Bruce twice, once in an emergency and once more in a "normal" situation. As remote owners (Dallas), we needed someone we could trust without being at our lake house. Bruce came out in freezing weather, completed the repairs and charged a very reasonable rate. First class, trustworthy and reliable!

Im not sure if it was an off day or not but in my experience with businesses, you usually dont avt annoyed when being asked for a job. One phone call and not only did he not answer my question (do you provide estimates) but he put me off from ever having Canyon Lake Plumbing ever work on one of my job sites.

I had a leak under the kitchen sink that required me to turn off the water to the house. I contacted Bruce who was on another job with two more before me. Within 2 hours he arrived and fixed my leak by replacing two shutoff values. He was very professional and his fee was very reasonable.
