I was in San Antonio for the weekend and had my car broken in. I found Flores Auto Glass with the help of my sister. I had two windows broken and were very helpful and replaced one of my windows that same day. The other they did not have in stock but had it by Monday morning and replaced it that same day. Gracie and her staff were very helpful and very knowledgeable. They explain the whole process and let you know what to expect. So their is no surprises. Had both replaced within an hour each. Great prices and great staff. I would recommend Flores Auto Glass to anyone.

Ive been coming to this place for years and highly recommend this and have been recommending this place for the past 30years. All jobs done by appointment but always get it done that same day. For the price I did not mind waiting an hour. First come first served. Thats understood. Great job guys. For those critics, yall complain about little bullshit. Dont hurt good American hard working companys.

Wife needed new windshield. These people did us great. A few hours in and out. Price was fair, better than any of the other places we called. Very attentive, actually called to give us updates, and they are great at customer service. Go here if you need these types of services. Best in the city.

Do not use this business. They tell you one price then try to up charge am illegal fee to use a credit card. The worst customer service ever. I am writing this review to warn people. Im also making formal complaint with the BBB. The owners name is Gracie. A business owner should expect more

Brought my Toyota Tacoma here and they did a great job. I called for a quote and told me they have a brand new windshield in stock. Got the windshield replaced the same day. Everyone was friendly and updated me with each step and any possible problems. Would recommend!

called ahead and they ordered my windshield same day and got it there same day. Awesome servive was only there maybe a hour total. Great prices and good workmanship. while windsheild was a little dirty cause it was used it still does the job right.

Great prices - theyll find you a good used windshield if possible. Great work - no leaks or drippy glue after the job was done. ON TIME! - this made me the happiest. Ill use them again and highly recommend them !!!
