I went In the other day to eat with my two kids Im also pregnant , and I had a question pertaining to my food and I spoke with a general manager Aaron (lady) and she smelled like nothing but smoke and alcohol , my 6 yr old has asthma and she was really reaking of this scent, me and my children couldnt even stay and eat we had to pack our food to go and I was very upset about this. The food is awesome but that lady smelt horrible.

A Potbelly is opening soon in my neighborhood. I was at Huebner Oaks, and saw the Potbelly there. Went in to get a menu only, and ended up ordering! Marcy Grooms was great at describing the food (which smelled great, too), and giving me time to make up my mind with no pressure. I had a roast beef sandwich with avocado, a coffee shake, and an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. Great customer service, and great food!

My visit was the first time ever going into Potbellys and it was amazing. Pam was our maker and she made the experience so great and spectacular! Im definitely coming back in. Pam was the best server and will definitely be one of the major reasons for coming back aside from the amazingly delicious food!

Best sandwiches and great service at a nice price point. Potbelly also hosts live music on weekends. Favorite is the chicken salad add mayo mustard onion pickle walnut and cranberry. Add a bowl of broccoli cheddar and a nice dream bar or shake for dessert.

A little on the pricey side, but the sandwiches are great and the service is even better. Friendly, welcoming and helpful. Ezra recommended the wrecking ball from of menu and it was amazing. Give this place a shot.
