My vehicle was brought in for an oil change and the job was done incorrectly. The oil ring was placed on wrong and caused all the oil to spill out. I reported the mishap and was advised to fill with oil and bring to the shop. A tech found metal shavings in my oil pan....the assistant manager apoligized and said they were fully responsible. Manager Steve Hagens tells me the following day that he can no longer communicate with me because his assistant valerie had made an insurance claim. Now the insurance company is blaming me and saying I should have had it towed as soon as the noise was made. Terrible accountability and customer service. Steve was very kind until an insurance claim was made on his day off. He mentioned he would have handled it different but needed family time on Sunday. If the manager is held to a no insurance policy rule....I should not be made to feel like the bad guy.

This place does horrible work!!! My girlfriend took her suburban in for an oil change. To save me some work. I do roofing and I am also mechanically inclined. So you know I was out raged and wouldnt want this to happen to anyone. So they ask if she was planning any long trips.She said yes.They sold the most expensive oil then put a leaky drain plug back on. To leak all that so called expensive oil all over the steet. You can get the same oil at Wal-Mart for 20 dollars and filter for 5 or 6 bucks max life. They gave her a list of all these things she needed and what they were going sale her or poke her eyes with!!! They couldnt even change the oil right lol.Beware of crooks!! They offered to fix it,but i just dont want them to lay hand on my vehicle!! So take your chances with this place.

Got there at 7:30 and waited till 8:00 for place to open. Signed in at service desk. Had to wait ANOTHER hour because mechanics dont come in till 9:00 am. What!? Also, waiting area was warm and humid. Air conditioning not on :-( Remember Montgomery Wards?

Fast friendly & professional. Long waits on Sundays though so go on weekdays or not peak hours. Never had a complaint at this location
