I was in the area to look for a place to get my oil change for my car. I was going to stop by Good Year Tire and they said they were all booked up for the rest of the afternoon, so I went to Just brake which was 2 stores down the same road. There was no one waiting, so they took my car right away. They said they would do a inspection during the oil change service. During the process, they called me in and showed me I had engine oil leaks underneath and it was because of the bad engine mount and also from the busted oil pan. They later gave me an estimate for over $1000 dollar for replacing both parts. BUT, they didnt do any of the inspection or tell me anything about my brake condition. All they said was my oil was leaking and told me I needed that to change. Later on, they drained all the old oil out, they were unscrewing something from the bottom other than the oil pan nut. I asked the guy what he was doing, He told me he needed to unscrew a "plate" in order to replace the oil filter. All my life I never knew I need to remove a part to get to the oil filter. Another technician noticed and saw what happen and told him to put it back on. He later reached the old oil filter from the top with a few trys before he could pull it out. I thought that was very unprofessional. I would not take my car next time for any of the service.

Absolutely terrible disregard for customers by owner Mr. David Lilly. Had my brakes inspected at this location, and they recommended replacing the rotors. I agreed. However they didnt have the exact brand of rotors I wanted (Plain Centric cryorotors). No big deal they said, bring in the ones you want and we will put them on. Great, I ordered the parts and had my wife schedule a day off work so I could use her car the next day. After leaving my car overnight with them, I was told that they could no longer work on parts that werent purchased through them. This policy changed AFTER I dropped my car off. Literally a few hours later. I was highly upset at the inconvenience and the issue was escalated to David Lilly in Dallas, TX. I understood the policy had changed, but I should have been "grandfathered" in. My car was already in their shop. Mr. Lilly denied this, and instructed the location to refuse any work on my car. He never reached out to me for any sort of apology.

Furious!!!! I got my back brakes , rotors and pads new replaced on 10/18. It is now 10/25 and they are already squeaking. We call to find out whats going on an the manager of this location tells us we got what we paid for. She even went as far to say that she told us they were not pads she would recommend when we got the quote! Are you kidding me?! We spend over $200.00 less than two weeks ago and you want to tell me you sold me the worst break pads you had and you lie and say you warned me... Wow , so we then reach out to the online number and a lady calls to reassure us the General Manager of the location would call us to fix this. She too said it was not right, no one has called... Just breaks say I need to up grade my pads.. another $100.00 out of pocket.. is $300.00 the going rate for good parts and service for two back breaks these days. I think not!

I came here back in July to get my front brakes checked at which time they told me that I didnt need any that my brakes were at 75%. After a few months they started making a weird gurgling noise so I thought I would bring my car back in. My husband and I were assisted by BRI and they actually gave us an estimate of $544 for our brakes and roters and some other things they "found" wrong with the car. We took this information in to the Toyota Dealership where my husband actually works (they charge to look at your car, which is why we went to just brakes first) we went ahead and had them check the vehicle to which they said that just brakes lied and they showed us the roters and they were fine we have 25% left on our brakes which is understandable however I do not feel I can trust Just Brakes, didnt even get any work done and very disappointed. Please beware.

Just Brakes has a negative reputation, as a matter of fact, a couple of my coworkers cringed when I told them that I took my truck there. I have to say, that they experience I had was much different that the ones that I have heard about. I worked with a guy named Paul, and he was great. He showed me what needed to be done to my truck. The repairs were right on par with what others had told me needed to be done, and the price was fair. I think that repair instances are situational and the result is in the hands of the individual that you are working with. Paul was great and I would recommend him to anyone that I know that has the need for brake repair. I hope that the next time I need service, Paul is still there and is able to take care of me, my family and all of our vehicles.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!!!! I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PLACE, I WENT IN TO HAVE MY BRAKES CHECKED, WHICH I JUST HAD REPLACED IN SEPTEMBER OF LAST YEAR (BY THEM). THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED ALL THIS WORK OVER $400, MY ROTORS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED AND CALIPERS NEEDED TO BE REBUILT, I TOOK IT TO MY ORIGINAL DEALERSHIP AND HAD 4 DIFFERENT MECHANICS TAKE A LOOK AT "THIS PROBLEM" AND THEY TOLD ME NOTHING IS WRONG WITH IT!!!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM IF I WERE YOU I WOULDNT TAKE MY VEHICLE HERE!!!! THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU NEED WORK DONE WHEN YOU REALLY DONT! WHAT A SHAME THEY LOST A CUSTOMER AND MANY MORE!!!

Comming into town my truck started to make noice from the.rear end and didnt know what it was. So i looked up the reveiws like most would do before someone takes their car/truck to make sure it was a shop. I found that there were alot of bad comments and not so good reveiws. But i needed to have my truck looked at and really didnt have a choice. Turns out their GREAT! Paul was able to anwser all of my questions and even taught me a few things i myself didnt know. Since the bad reveiws they have a hole new staff that is sure to change their reputation to a place you can trust.

From the very beginning when i called for information to when the repairs on our vehicle were completed and we drove off the property, everyone there was courteous and a complete professional. Not only did they explain the work that was needed but they completed the job in a timely manner! No surprises, no hidden charges everything was exactly what they explained BEFORE the work was done . This is the 2nd vehicle Ive taken in for repairs and I also took a friend in to fix her brakes. I highly recommend Just Brakes and in my expierience have had nothing but good service.
