Mike and Wayne made me feel comfortable right away when I first entered their shop the first time. They inspected my truck for the problem that I was having and gave me a very clear picture of what was happening and what it would take to fix it. They gave me a couple of options so that I could save some money on the repair. Several months later my older truck had another problem so I took it back to them and same thing. They took the truck again and got it right back to me. When I ask about a leak they looked at it for me and referred me to a shop well known for its diesel truck mechanics. I really appreciated them not saying they would do something that they did not feel comfortable doing and gave me a top-notch alternative. To me that says That they are not being greedy and taking in my truck just to make a few extra bucks. Mark and Wayne have gained my total trust and when the next problem arises I will be going to Thrash Automotive. Thanks guys!

Used them before about 20 yrs ago, used them this year of 2017 and very disappointed in their customer service and dont know about the quality because they havent even started my repair. They told me it was almost done come to find out they were lying!!! Never started the work. My suggest DONT TAKE IT TO THEM!! Go to CT instead, theyre way more professional. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

DO NOT GO TO THRASH!!! I just got my truck back from them, it sounds worse than when I brought it to them. They ruined my alarm, blaming it on the lift. Ive never witnessed such incompetence in my life. Charlie Thrash needs to shut that place down and retire. Now I have to pay someone else to fix what they screwed up!!!
