I was told that they would call me when my line was ready, and they never did. I had to call them, and it was ready the whole time. They also told me that it would be a certain amount, and they were trying to overcharge me way more. Turned out they were able to "lower" the price. I still didnt get the price that I was originally told.

Troy listened to what I needed, explained the repairs that needed to be made to my ac compressor, dryer and condenser and gave me a competitive price. I appreciate the 2 year warranty on Carlisles work but feel pretty confident I wont need to use it!
