I had the worst experience there in Chaparral Ford!! I travel about 125 miles to get to Devine, TX, detrimental relying on an agreement and/or offer that they offered me over the phone, and that I accepted on a new 2016 Ford Truck. When I get there, they gave me the worst BS excuse. They told me that they had looked at another truck and that was the price that they had giving me over the phone. They wanted to renegotiate the agreement all over again. They did admit it was their own fault and their mistake, but I was going to have to pay much more for their own MISTAKE and for the truck that we had originally negotiated over the phone. I felt played and victimized by how they were treating me because of their fraud and breach of contract. I had asked for half a day at work and drove 124 miles to Chaparral Ford and 124 miles back to town feeling like a useless victim. The did not honor the agreement that Jimmy Morales (Sales Rep at Chaparral Ford) and I had made. Mr. Morales, Mr Ortiz (Morales boss) and the main manager told me to take the new higher deal or to leave without caring for my time and the miles I had to drive to get there. The main Manager even made fun of me about paying for my gas and my hours of work that I had lost; he told me this with a smile when I knew he was making fun of me because he never meant it. Like I stated above, I was a victim of their unethical ways by making me travel there and then screwing with me by trying to sell me the same vehicle for a much higher price. Horrible experience!! If you are from out of town, please do not believe their sales negotiations because it is a trick and a lie. They do not honor agreements.

The best dealer in south Tx. If you have any problems with your vehicle just go straight to service department and ask for Chuck Murphy and he will get it done in an blink of an eye. Great service. Donald Dunford being the owner you have done a great job on training staff and everyone in your company. No regrets at all. Ill keep taking my vehicles to you all as long as I live. A reputable company in Kerrville performed the needed work on my sons truck for less than half the price quoted by Chaparral Ford in Devine. When we went to pick up the truck and pay the quoted diagnostic fee, Chaparral also tried to charge us for an oil change that they later acknowledged had not even been done. Will not go back to Chaparral Ford in the future.

Terrible service. About to take my truck down there for the 5th warranty job in 2 months, for the same problem. Keep making excuses why it isnt fixed. Say that they have certified diesel technicians in the shop but I would imagine a certified diesel technician to have had the problem fixed the first time.

Chuck in the service department is GREAT he always makes an effort to get to know his customers and take care of all of their service needs in a timely manner and as cost efficient as possible. Thats why I only get my truck serviced at Chaparral Ford and ask for Chuck when he is available!!
