I cant begin to describe the level of ineptitude and shady customer service this place has. Beware of shady recommendations by the mechanics and the management/lesderdship. I will never take my car back. I would recommend you go elsewhere. There are plenty of affordable options without such complete lack of empathy or decency such as these people have shown. I took several cars there and on two previous occasions I wondered if my car really needed all that work . This last time I took a car that was working perfectly after rebuilding the engine and replacing many parts to get it to great working condition . The car stalled on me on the road. Engine turned and there was power. The diagnosis took them 4 days ... Yes 4 days. Each time always an excuse about what they could and could not check ... They had one guy working in the car. Finally diagnosis showed new computer was needed. I was offered help in finding such part. Weeks passed and mechanic gets fired. Nobody else knows they were supposed to be looking for a part. Another week passes... More shady excuses and misinformation. Shop started blaming me.. the customer ... For their misunderstanding and lack of internal communication. Then they wanted to start charging me rent for keeping it there because the city busted them for not having a junk license .. so apparently they have a bunch of cars from vehicles they either dont fix or are left there for situations such as mine ... I had to pay them to tow my car to my house. I had asked them to please leave my car as it was before it arrived ... To say that the state of my car was worse than when it arrived is to put it lightly ... Cut cables, inside panels torn apart, computer cables cut, pipes/hoses disconnected, newly fixed horn cables cut and the whole assembly just thrown on the floor, spark plug fittings disconnected (not a mechanic here ). ... All in all a very dishonest and horrible thing to do to any customer ... If I demanded to be treated with respect at the sign of their utter and complete disregard and indifference for my situation and what they were doing to me, and if that was the reason for this I hope they realize soon enough that these customer experiences matter . Their shop deserves to be put on blast for even one such instance of theft or vandalism. This is completely uncalled for and on a level I have never experienced before. As someone who makes a living from customer service it is a shame to have had to endure the mere attempt at communication with these people... No apology, no empathy, no care, and on top of it all they wanted to charge me for making things right ...

Esto es un negocio extraño. Fui a esta tienda de neumáticos y soldadura el miércoles pasado a tener una parte soldada a un 4 "x 4" x 3/8 "Ángulo. Hoy sábado fui a recogerlo y yo vi al soldador un trabajo de prefabricación en otro camión. sin embargo, me dijeron que durante estos 4 dias que no tenían tiempo para hacer mi trabajo. y se devuelvo el próximo lunes o martes podría ser capaz de hacer mi trabajo. Esta me recuerda a un tiempo en Ensenada México cuando mi hermano y yo preguntamos un vendedor de jugo si pudieramos comprar todo lo que tenía en su carritto y dijo que no, porque no va a tener jugo para vender en el centro. Triste pensar de esta manera.

This place is always super busy, so be prepared to see a 10 - 30 minute wait. Sometimes you can get in and out fairly quickly. Prices are reasonable on almost all of their services and especially their tires and flat repairs. I give only 4 stars because I had one instance where they DID NOT tighten my lug nuts on my passenger front tire and as I drove away my lugs started falling off and wheel started to wobble away ALMOST fall off but I was able to pull into the Whataburger parking lot just down the street. They replaced lug nuts in the Whataburger parking lot, drove it back to theyre shop and made sure all 4 wheels were tightened properly. Plus they LOST my custom blue colored valve stem caps. So from that point on, I ALWAYS WATCH them tighten all 4 wheels instead of assuming theyll do it. Other than that, they offer a ton of services and repairs. Any problems? Just ask for the owner on site: her names "Amy". Also, a guy named Trini will take good care of you too.

I gave this two stars because even though they do a good job with tires and the like, they are HORRIBLE with brake service (that is the actual customer service)! After they fixed my brakes, I didnt notice til I got back home that my brake lights stayed on, even after turning engine off. I was told brake switch was busted (just a coincidence that it broke during the same day of service). So manager told me I had to pay $23.00 for part only. After googling and facebooking friends, I was told that if coupler is opened, brake fluid can come out and that can cause lights to turn and stay on permanently. So why didnt the owner fess up to this OR his mechanic? Liars, thats all they are actually. You know what, Im giving it 1 star now that I think more about this ripoff service. Dont go here..I know firestone and the likes are higher ripoffs, but not all Joe Blow garages are honest either.

Fare warning: This morning I went to this place because my dome lights, stereo, and door locks no longer work after I had my alternator replaced. (Altetnator was replaced by family member). I asked how much theyd charge to check, and fix the fuses, which i googgled, & thats more than likely the problem. I was quoted 25$ just to get it checked. I asked if that was going toward the price of getting fuses replaced, mechanic told me yes, and more than likely, thats all it would cost. There were so many cars, so I told him Id be back today. I just now went back and the first mechanic was no where to be found, the new mechanic said it would cost me 45$ just to check it, and that was the best price they could do. This business is shady and they quote you different prices. This place is a Bad business, fake prices, gauge your customers type of place.

I will never come back to this place again. Worker who was doing my oil change was on the phone the whole time. Took forever for just a stupid oil change and meanwhile on top of that felt really uncomfortable with all the stares and the comments in Spanish not knowing that I speak Spanish. I was honestly just uncomfortable from the minute I sat down. Oh and I forgot to mention, when my car was finished the worker called his friend over to my car and began to giggle about something right in front of me and my ID wasnt in the same place I put it. Dont recommend this place, they sure as hell dont put in 100%!

got a flat tire and couldnt make it to the shop so we called to see if they could tow as we were down the street.They said sure and would be there in 15 minutes. 25 minutes pass so we give them a call and they tell us they are moving cars out of the way so they can bring their tow out and they would be on over. Another 25 minutes pass and we call again and are told they are slammed and cant send anyone over. A heads up that they werent gonna come would have been great instead of wasting an hour of our time and now all the other places are closing up shop for the night so we are forced to wing it
