This is the second time I brought my 1999 Chevy Tahoe in for repairs at this establishment. First, may I say, that this full service garage has to be one of the cleanest repair shops I have ever seen. The floors in the shop are so clean, you could eat off of them. That is how meticulously taken care of they are. Ivan is the owner and he takes personal interest in all of his customers. He is always cordial, and up front about everything. His communication skills are excellent. He never over sells, or undersells. If it needs to be fixed, he tells you. If it is going to need to be fixed soon, he tells you. When he does a repair, he tells you everything that was done. The receipt is fully detailed, and he gives you a complete service repair report on all major areas of your vehicle, telling you what is okay, what to keep an eye on, and what needs attention soon/immediately. What really caught my attention with Full Service, was when I approached the entrance way of the shop, I saw my truck and was so pleased to see that his technicians has put up the sun screen shades I have for my dashboard. That simple attention to detail meant a lot to me, as Chevy dash boards are notorious to cracking from the Texas sun. Ivan always answers my questions, and he is also sensitive to my disabilities, making sure I am accommodated in every way possible. I do recommend Full Service Auto. The service is great. Prices are fair, and the experience is made as pleasant as can be.

Hello All Neighborhood Friends, My 21 year old daughter who attends Texas A&M and drives a lot of miles needed her vehicle looked at for possible issues. So, I decided to meet with Full Service Automotive and have Ivan DX possible issues with my daughters vehicle, discuss pricing (up front), timing and what he recommends to repair or replace. From start to finish, Ivan was in constant communication with me, took time to DX the car, answer all my questions and called me with his recommendations, then emailed me a quote based on 2 different scenarios for repair. Later that day, I returned his call and we discussed our options, I asked him to move forward with the work. Within 5 hours the following day, Ivan called me to tell me the car was ready for pick up. He even followed me home so I didnt need to ask someone for a ride back! In conclusion, Ivan was VERY professional, honest and did what he contracted for at the price he quoted up front. The air conditioner works better now than it when the car was 1st purchased! So in closing, I am going to recommend Full Service Automotive to yall! My daughter got a job at Disney World and we had to drive her car, a 1999 Mercury Mountaineer, with almost 200,000 miles on it, over to Orlando, Florida from San Antonio, Texas. Needless to say, I was nervous about the drive. Over a 17 hour drive (closer to two 12 hour days on the road). Previously, she had had her vehicle checked out at another auto shop in California. After the vehicle was delivered approximately two days later the vehicle would not start. We had less than a day to get the vehicle checked out and put in running condition to make the long trip. I had heard only good things about Full Service Automotive, so we took the vehicle there. Ivan and his team were able to identify the problem and had the car fixed in a short period of time. The repair was significantly less than I expected it to be. Especially considering another autoshop had charged a lot more and had not actually fixed the problem. I would absolutely recommend this auto shop to others and I will be using it again in the future. p.s. We made it all the way to Orlando with zero problems.

I have finally found an honest and dependable mechanic!!! With my previous mechanic I usually have to rent a vehicle, he usually takes about a week to repair, the cost estimate is always quoted with "cushion" and located inconveniently clear across town. Thankfully, we have a new shop in the neighborhood so I thought Id give Full Service Automotive a try and Im so happy I did! I came into the shop (btw the waiting area is impressive, it almost looked spaish) with a laundry list of what I thought I "needed" and while on the test drive with Ivan, the owner, he immediately knew what was wrong. When we got back to the shop he verified that my problem wasnt at all what I thought it was, what I needed were new tires and NOT the 10 other things I thought were problem. My truck was ready when he said it would be, which was 3 hours later from when I dropped it off. Hes honest, timely and very reasonable....also, this is his 2nd location, hes been in business for over 10 years! We have found our new neighborhood mechanic!! This is a hidden gem for sure! Ivan and his team are top notch professionals who are knowledgeable and honest in their family owned business. I feel lucky to have found this place before everyone else and will continue taking my business here for everything from oil changes to more extensive repairs. I had first received a quote from the Lexus dealership for a rear suspension replacement, but left without receiving the repair due to sticker shock. I thought it would be wise to receive a second opinion. This place had been open a week and was close to my home, so I dropped in to give them a chance. So glad I did. Ivan pulled all the pricing on his computer right there and gave me a price and time-frame I couldnt refuse. My car is riding better than it has since I can remember, and I saved hundreds as well. Cant beat that combination. On I-10 west, Take Ralph Fair Rd Exit, turn right at the light, make your first left onto Old Fredericksburg Rd, & its just a little ways down on the left.

I never review places, BUT this guy is terrible. I had one ok experience there, but when I returned (since its close) it was very unprofessional. Embarrassing Id say. I spoke with the owner on the phone multiple times about servicing my fleet vehicle. He said absolutely, bring it in! I brought it in, and he said to have his guy get started on it and then hell "take care of it". He didnt even know what he was "taking care of". I mentioned again, for the 5th time this is a fleet vehicle and he needs to call the number, etc..all of a sudden he didnt know if he could do it. He said he probably couldnt and Id have to pay for it...what if I had just left my truck there for his guy to start working on? He said, "wait there, Ill be there in 15 minutes". I called him back to advice him of the situation, and he said "Im sorry I cant read your mind", and hung up on me!!! Totally inexperienced and unprofessional. Will not be returning!
