We will never use this place again. My wife took her 2016 Kia Sorento in for oil change and inspection. When she got home part of the undercarriage cover was dragging on the ground. She took the car back and they made her wait another 30 minutes. Then they told her she was missing screws to hold the cover to the car...which would be screws they took out an hour earlier to change the oil, but they said they fixed it for her anyway...nice guys right, WRONG! She arrived home the second time and the cover once again was dragging on the ground and now torn up. Another example of why people use the dealerships instead of shops like this ran by a bunch of kids not knowing what they are doing. We now have the expense of going to the dealership to pay to fix the problem that they created. So far, we have been able to steer 4 other customers away from this place. STAY AWAY or roll the dice! brought truck in for oil change and when i went to pick up it was 85.00 because they rotated the tires. I told them I did not want tires rotated. They also insisted my truck was an 04 but it is a 91 as they had the tickets confused. Problem is I didnt want tires rotated as they put bad one back on front right side. So I took it back and asked them to rotate them back. Came back about an hour later and girl said oh yeah we took care of it right away but bad tire was still in same place. So I talked to the tire guy and He said yeah I wasnt sure what you wanted done and he rotated them back like they were to begin with. Also while I was in there some guy came to pick up his car that had been inspected and they told him 38.00 because they had to change wiper blades. He said I didnt ask for that and they immediately said ok its 7.00! Watch your back here only reason I go back is they have good coupons.

I had trouble diagnosing a sound in our car and my latch that opened the hood was broken. Ryan took the time to explain everything to me and showed me how to fix the latch. I think we will be using these guys solely because Ryan works there. I am very happy with this location. Also, I noticed the service they were offering others while I was there and these guys really went above and beyond for each individual despite how busy they were! Found "our" place!

My car wouldnt start in the parking lot. I thought I was stranded. Then three employees came out with multimeters and diagnosed my battery as faulty. I was about to had over crefund ash for a new one but then one considerate fellow asked if the battery was on warranty, which I realized it had been. Instead of selling me a new battery he suggested return the old one for a refund and didnt charge me a dime. Thanks for looking out guys I am in your debt

Theyve never tried to force air filters, windshield wipers, or tire rotations etc. Theyve offered them several times. However most the time I do that my self. The reason for five ☆ is the fact that they came to my cars location when the oil filter popped off. Put the replacement oil filter in. Topped off the oil, did a wash and checked the car afterwards. Then refunded the cost of the oil change. Can you say that about other oil and lube joints?

This is the only oil chnage place I will go to from now on. Not only are they fast but they are also very efficient. The prices are the best around. They also offer military discount which is one of the many reasons I will continue supporting them. The woman manager is hands on and is very nice. Theres not any problem she cant handle. The staff is also very nice and they wont try to sell you things you dont need. I recommend them to everyone!!!!

Took my Volvo in for a simple oil change. After paying their ridiculous price, even with a coupon, I broke down half a mile down the road. Their mechanic failed to secure the main air hose going into the engine block. Volvo says he should have never even removed it. The incident was embarrassing and cost me $300 for a new battery that failed because of the incident. Ill never do that that again.

There were no cars in the bay when i showed up. The guy that does the inspections was very rude. It was 4:45 when i showed up and he told me he was not going to do my inspection because he got off at 5. The place closes at 7 and he told me to come back at 7am. Worst place in boerne. Now i know why people say not to go there. I ended up going to express care and they did a GREAT JOB.

What a disappointment from the last time I was here! I arrived at 10:45 with maybe 4 cars ahead of me. All I needed was an oil change. An hour and a half later they finally got it done. Being understaffed was not the issue. I have never seen that many employees there before, they just all seemed more interested in being on their cell phones than working. Very UN-Jiffy Lube.

The guys at Jiffy Lube helped me fix a problem Discount Tire caused in a hurry so I could make a road trip. I was able to make my trip on schedule but did notice a slight problem with the repair. I took it back to them and they fixed it no questions asked. This is an honest group of guys and I will continue to do business with them. Thanks!

Despite there being no cars in the bays, I still needed to wait 15 minutes to get my state inspection done. Apparently only one guy in the whole jiffy lube can perform the inspections? But, still performing better than Fair oaks automotive with a 50minute wait time and the Napa auto parts place who werent performing inspections today.

Went in with a Groupon for an oil change and was told I had to pay an additional $48. Groupon was to cover everything but any additional oil...... Poor advertising and very poor business practices of doing more then is asked without approval!! $70 with the cost of the Groupon for a simple oil change is robbery!

Alexandra took care of me, it was busy and they told me what they recommended, I knew I needed my brake fluid flushed and replaced, they saw it was needed and recommended it, I had it done and only took an extra 20 min or so. I will be going back as long as I am working here in Boerne.

My wife went to inspect her truck at this location and despite not having any cars in the bays or in the parking lot (nobody goes here, should have been first clue) she was told there would be a 3 hour wait for an inspection that takes 10 minutes. Totally fails all expectations

I have used this business for the last two years and find them always helpful, courteous and great to work with. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing service for their car. They always try to work with your schedule so it really helps--theyre great!
