WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Terrible service, they try to make up for their poor quality of work with free cookies, & free water! Thats what the 1 star is for! If you question what they are doing but especially if question what they are suggesting to do they speak to you like you are stupid for asking ( Joseph).Cant say anything about sales dept.except when I was looking for a suburban to purchase they would NOT budge one little bit on price & were not accommodating at all while Jeb at Brown Chevrolet in Devine was VERY EAGER to make a sale & did WHATEVER he could to accommodate us & get us in one of their vehicles throwing in whatever freebies he could! We were getting our vehicle serviced there as well but because of the convenience decided to try what was at the time Womack with no problems AT ALL. Now under new ownership I went in for regular oil change & didnt even make it out of service area without the engine light coming on. Joseph & the manager tried to convince me that it was on when i brought it in ( Yeah, right) I told them I was POSITIVE it was NOT on otherwise I wouldnt have brought my vehicle in for just a routine oil change but for them to see why my engine light was on. ( Bunch of liars that have each others back) They do inside &;outside inspection of every vehicle to check for those kinds of things before they take it back to work on. Hmmm but there was NO RECORD or REPORT made of engine light being on... Joseph just couldnt understand or figure out why they wouldnt have marked that or told him so he could mark & record it. Duh!!! Maybe because the engine light was NEVER ON you freaking LIARS!!!! Had to come back for them to do a scan to see EXACTLY what was wrong so they could do whatever repairs necessary. They said engine light came on because of a faulty fuel injector, so fuel injector was replaced, did fuel injector flush, changes plugs, and worn wires total well over $1000. Went in on a wed. by Saturday engine light was back on. went back to Castroville Chevrolet &they did a scan to see exactly what is wrong ( have my doubts about them even doing a scan) now they are saying I need oil pressure gauge sensor, oil pressure filter, oil filter gaskets, etc.... well i did tell them thats what someone else had suggested could be wrong, actually I googled symptoms on internet & thats what came up as possible solutions to the problem. But they could fix this problem that they said was fixed when they changes the fuel injector for another well over $1000. Thats probably what they do when they say they are going to do a full scan. I have heard of MANY others here in Castroville experiencing the same kind of (B.S) issues. I went in with NO problems & left with engine light on & no solutions! In my opinion not even totally sure they do diagnostic scan to get any idea of what the real problem might be.I think they are just going down a list of possible issues till they get lucky & hit it right! Milk it $$$ as long as you can kind of thing to make up for poor sales! I do not feel safe going back there AT ALL! Will be be making trip back to Brown in Devine! WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I had a good experience with these folks in their sales and financial area when I was shopping for a car, spent more on a new vehicle than I have up this point in my years of buying cars. I felt they were "customer oriented" and seemed quite interested in me as a buyer and exhibited good will. Some months later I took the car to the service side of the operation and had its oil change and check up service completed. An incident unconnected with the car occurred (I lost a set of keys after separating them from the car key on the chain to give to the service guy). I realize that they were not responsible for my absent mindedness. However, they seemed utterly indifferent to my concerns, which included my office key that requires considerable paperwork and an expense I must bear to replace. They didnt contact the chap with whom I dealt, who was suddenly gone for the week when I returned to search for the keys, nor gave any indication whether or not he would be informed. If I wasnt due simple courtesies because of an obvious, admitted lack of cultivated breeding, I nonetheless warranted at least the pretense of concern by virtue of the investment I had made in a pricey new car out there in Castroville. This experience has obviously wounded my feelings and left me somewhat frustrated, if not embittered. I do like my car, but there should be a pride of duty and gallant striving toward service with some class behind the product. This little incident will effect large purchases that I make in the future, naturally.

I saw a bozo low life mechanic spin the tires (peel out) of a lifted truck that belonged to another customer, just before he drove it inside the bay. My truck is lifted also. But I said to myself what are the odds they will do it to my truck. After I picked up my truck, sure enough I saw two tires superficially worn out and the other two tires clean. That envious grease monkey did a peel out on my brand new expensive oversized tires. Jealous low life mechanic. Watch out when you take your vehicles to the service department. And careful about these positive fake reviews on here. Obviously the other mechanics enjoy these antics as other mechanics were present at the time. I dont know whats wrong with these peoples mental stability.

I had a great experience with North Park Chevrolet and recommend it highly. We worked with Chuck Huffman to buy a traded-in Subaru Outback and it was a smooth, hassle free , and surprisingly enjoyable transaction. Chuck was honest and sincere which can be hard to come by in the used car world. We purchased the car knowing it came with only one key but with the hope that he could contact the previous owner to see if they had additional keys. Though we were not expecting much, Chuck came through and not only acquired the key but also mailed it directly to us saving the trip back to the dealership. It was refreshing how concerned he was with our satisfaction. Thanks Chuck!

I know marketing is marketing, but this was ridiculous. This advertisement that included a "scratch and win" could be best described as bait and switch advertising. If you look at the boxes under each prize, it would appear we won a grill, as our code matched that one. However, when we arrived, they advised this was not the case. We were informed the "codecase" to the right (which had no mention that it was tied to any other prize then the car) did not match the code for the grill prize, and we would be leaving with $1 lotto ticket. Thanks for wasting our time and gas with these deceptive tactics. I would definitely advise to visit a more trustworthy establishment.

Me and my boyfriend went in to trade our vehicle to get a family car cause we had a baby on the way , we had a negative equity trade so it was very difficult to get out of. Rolando v , helped us and was very patient. He talked to us while we waited and didnt leave us hanging. We got to know him and leave with a vehicle we wanted. Hector also helped us and gave us his straight forward opinion on how everything was going to be worked out and was very patient as well I would definitely come back and ill be referring people to these two men .
