Friendly people for sure. Ive been to this Walmart twice this week to get my oil change. The first time there were two people in line in front of me and they said the wait would be over 2 hours so I left. This is the second time and they said the wait would be 40 min so I waited. I missed a call from them about 30 min after I dropped off the car so I went to check. When I get there I see my car still sitting in the same spot and a kid (Im guessing 19 yrs old) was walking out to take it to a bay. He took of in my SUV like he was driving an Indy car went around behind the building and then turned around and came hauling ass back and whipped in one of the bays. I told one of the guys at the counter and they just said "ok". What the hell.

Experienced the worst day ever with these guys. I came in on a Sunday for tires to be balanced and rotated(discount was closed). They let me drive out the car in dangerous conditions. The balancing was not done right! The wheel was even more "shakey" and the car was bumping at any speed. I waited 2 hours for a 30 min tops job and when I went in again theyre making me wait even longer as I type this. So because this is walmart do the technicians skills lack coincidentally destroying the quality of work? Is it in their best judgement to let customers drive out in a dangerous car onto the highway? I just want to know if this is how walmart takes care of customers. Im wasting my time and money waiting here at this place to get my balance done.

guys working here work hard and long hours, unfortunately place is short staffed every time I go, could do a better job at taking care of customers if they had more people working.

Other organizations
