I dont ever write reviews but I do read them quite a bit. So yes Im going out of my way to voice this. No one should have to wait over an hour with 10 people on a list and 8 girls working on the floor thats just excessive to me. I like going to sports clips but this one is just ridiculous and this is my second time going to this location and the first time was not any different. It does not take 50 mins to cut one persons hair. I couldnt wait there any longer for the fact people have things to do in their day. I talked with 2 people waiting there and was asked by one " is there a different place around here to get a hair cut" and the other guy had one child in the chair and said he does not have the time to wait to get his second childs hair cut due to the long wait and left. Staff is not friendly and just dont care about their customers.

This is where I get my hair cut. After years of bouncing around to different places and never really feeling satisfied, I found this place. The staff is friendly and more importantly competent. There are three levels of service that range from$15-$25. That are a simple cut, cut and shampoo, or cut shampoo, and a couple of little massages. I like to do the$25 deal that they call"the triple play". Its well worth it. The only downside is that sometimes they get busy.

Great place.. Got my first haircut and they upgraded me to the MVP Treatment for the regular costs which was a plus. They consulted with me before we started to see what style will I be doing. Overall great place! Will be going here from know on.

Whatever you do DO NOT let Pam cut your hair!!! Ruined my sons hair. Worse haircut EVER!!
