This place grinded my nails down so far when removing the acrylics that multiple times they burned me because it was getting too hot. They left deep visible scratches, and left my nails paper thin. This is to show how quickly they want to get customers in and out. It happened on the Alamo Ranch Culebra location, I believe the owner is the same for all the Glamour nail spas. I am never going back to any of these locations. They also made me soak my nails in pure acetone for 30 minutes which completely dried up my skin. And instead of grinding down acrylics while they were still soft they waited too long, only for them to get dry and hard again, making it more difficult to remove.

Went in today with my 4 year old daughter around 11 we were both seated quickly. My lady was very nice and the little girl they had sent to do my 4 yr old kids nails looked like she did t want to do them. She said a few words which I did not understand and was making faces. ( did not appreciate that at all) the cane Joe who is also a hairstylist, he made my baby feel like a princess. He gave her a drink and even adjusted the seat for her. Thank you Joe for not ruining our mommy daughter time! The other girl needs an attitude adjustment

Worst place ever, I took my daughter there to get her eye brows and lip waxed and the lady burned her lip with the wax, so when she peeled off the strip it really hurt my daughter and came out with a blister right at the tip of her lip. Was in sooo much pain and the lady just laghed at my daughter thinking my daughter was just exaggerating when it really wasnt my daughters first time getting it waxed she had been getting it done for a while already but at a different place, NEVER EVER AGAIN GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE !!!!!!!!

I went In to correct a haircut that was messed up at another hair salon. Im glad I went in. The stylist named margarita who took care of me seated me quickly and understood what I wanted to have corrected. She did amazing job fixing my hair and was also reasonably priced for what she charged for the fix. I would highly recommend going to this place and asking for margarita. Walked in embarrassed walked out confident and happy. Thanks margarita!!

If only 0 stars was possible this place is just horrible. It is so in unprofessional. My hair came out so bad but instead of complaining I allowed her to fix it again but she made it even worse! I asked for a refund because it was going to coast me another 200 just to color correct what she did wrong and they only gave me half back witch does not even amount to what I have to pay to fix it.

If u have Curly hair and are looking for a great Hairdresser to introduce u to a gentle product to straighten your hair..look no more. Ask for Yamilet Naoun...and ask that u would like a Keratin put in your hair. This product works. And Yamilet is the best attentive Hairdresser in town. I have been coming here for 1 yr and have been very pleased with the service and management.

A friend and air went in and got full sets, she also got a pedicure. We are both incredibly pleased with pur nails after a week. Their new pedicure chairs are very nice as well. We were treated very well by all thd staff. We had gone to 5 other nail places and all 5 screwed up both of our nails each time. She had a tropical pedicure and loved it.

Great service! My hairstylist joe is the best Ive known! I love this place Id reccomend it to everyone! And the pedicures are done great Ive been to many places and after going to this location I will never go anywhere else!

Hate to do it to Henry but FUNGUS equals FILTHY and this place is FILTHY Nail tech cant fill wax or polish change correctly! The owner did make sure she corrected the problem but be warned its dirty
