I went there a couple weeks ago to get a hair cut and I hate it. I showed her a picture of the long layers I wanted and told her I did NOT want to loose that much lengh. Well after talking crap about my hair and complaining about a different customer that was "talking too much", she continued to almost beg me to cut more then I wanted to and made me feel bad when I said no. I have never had my hair done and left the salon with wet hair so when she got done cutting and told me I was done, my first responce was "arent you going to at least blow dry it so I can see what you have done?" Her responce was "no that is an additional $17 and your cut is $15" How in the world is a blow-out $2 more then a cut?????? Also how do they exspect you to see how well they did when your hair is still wet? I will never go back there again.

Again I went here when I should have known better, I had found a smart style that I liked Larry was his name but he was located at another Walmart and is now not there, Was in need of a flat iron and went back this time Ms. Walker was the stylist and another disappointment, I need to invest in good flat irons cause Im still pissed I wasted my money on something I could have done myself. 4/20/2017 I been to this one 3 times, each time a new person in my Head, terrible I couldve done this to my head at home a wash n flat iron and instead of a nice bouncy and straight flat iron I leave with a poofy wrap style that I could have done myself... Im new to Killeen so I kept coming back hoping that each visit would be better then the last, Not!!!
