Walked into this Fantastic Sams for a quick haircut during my lunch hour. The place was empty. There was one person getting a haircut, and what appeared to be two stylists in the back possibly taking a lunch break. From the moment i walked in, this location failed me in every way. Nobody walked out to greet me or let me know how long the wait was. I stood at the front desk for at least five minutes with no acknowledgement at all. I figured i would just sign myself in and wait for someone to come to the front.......bad move. I sat and waited for at least 15 minutes waiting for someone to come and say something, anything. I wouldve given them the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up to them being at lunch break, but realized that they werent on break when one of the girls walked to the front desk several times, and still didnt say a word to me. Fantastic Sams; im sorry, but this is the last time that i come here. There are way too many shops in town for customers to be treated like theyre invisible.....................maybe change the sign to Lackluster Sams.

Ill never go back. I showed Magda an old picture of myself and asked if she could cut my hair that way and she said yes. She took a razor to the back of my hair and cut it very short (shorter than the pic) in the back. After a week I still couldnt do anything with my hair. It was so uneven. I spoke to Hilda the Manager who had Valerie fix it. Hilda disappeared when it was time for me to leave and I was charged for another hair cut. I contacted corporate about it and was told I would receive a call from Hilda within three business days. More than a week later I still havent received a call from her or anyone else.

Obviously cant use bleach! My hair is yellow. Manager couldnt fix it. Still expect you to pay for services when your hair is messed up!
