3 tries, 3 fails. 1st try: I walk in, its way too busy. I was told there were only 2 stylists and they wouldnt be able to get me in. So heres my thing, its the weekend, its busy, more sylists?? 2nd try: I walk in, I want a perm. There are 2 stylists and no customers. I get told that because there are only 2 stylists, they wont have time for a perm in case someone comes in wanting a cut. I was then told I would have to make an appointment for that, but they only take walk-ins...uhmmm, WHAT??? AGAIN, its the weekend, MORE STYLISTS?? Now, it took me a long time to try them again, but like a sucker in dire need of a cut and a perm, I thought I would call them to ask if they had time for me to come in for a perm. I was told it was a 40 minute wait and they had 3 stylists. As long as I came in before 3, it would be ok. GREAT! I am finally getting this done! I get in the car, its a 20 minute drive, so I call to ask if I can be put on a list. I am told to download the app to check in but they couldnt put me on the list. I explained that I was driving and downloading an app was not an option. Didnt matter, they couldnt do it. I get there, and this stylist is on the phone trying to figure out the computer. I wait 5 minutes, all the while, there is a screen telling me that people are checking in left and right and the waiting list is getting longer and longer...and the stylist is STILL on the phone. I am getting upset, she sees this and finally checks me in. She finally gets off the phone, proceeds to tell me the wait has grown to 90 minutes. I should have walked out but I drove 20 minutes to get there, so 90 minutes will have to do. I sit, I wait for an hour. An Asian lady cutting hair goes for the next person in line and he needs a mere trim. He is a teenager, has longish hair but he is told that she is a barber and cannot do trims. She then looks at me and tells me my wait will be still another 90 minutes! I am fuming at this point. I got up, told them to take me off the list and I would never be back! I then told them that I was told there were 3 beauticians and I would have to wait 40 minutes, not that there were 2 stylists and one barber and my wait would be 2-1/2 hours! Again, MORE EMPLOYEES ON THE WEEKEND??? It doesnt take a rocket scientist but then again, it shouldnt take a rocket scientist to figure out (Not so) Great Clips in Lampasas sucks and earns less that 1 star in my opinion!

There is almost never a wait to get a great haircut. Stylists are all very good at cutting hair and very very courteous.

Best for mens haircuts. One girl does a great job on my husband but I was not happy when she cut mine.
