Tried to come in and get a beard trim. I called first to make sure they did them. The girl who answered said yes. I asked if they took walk ins and the girl said yes, that all we do. So I arrive an hour later and the first thing Im asked is, Did you make an appointment online? I said no, I was told you only take walk ins. They said it would be about 25 minutes. I said I couldnt wait that long, I had a date and started to walk out. I thought it over though and decided if I got in in 25 minutes I could still make my date, barely. So I went back in and waited. There was a guy in the chair already and two people ahead of me. After 25 minutes, another guy comes in and sits down to wait, and the two guys ahead of me are almost done. Another guy walks in and sits down. After 30 minutes, one of the guys ahead of me is finished. He checks out, and then the barber apparently takes a break for five minutes. Ive been waiting 35 minutes now. She comes back, and spends the next 4 minutes cleaning up her station. Im really pushing the time limit now. She finally finishes, walks to the front, looks straight at me, and then turns and takes the guy that walked in 25 minutes after I did. I guess he made an appointment online. I stormed out without a word, but Ill never return. Good riddance.

This is my (2) experience of having a bad haircut at this establishment - a really bad one. At the time, its not possible to tell youve been "hacked" because they apply water or other hair products to cover what is a very uneven haircut or one that has clumps of hair that are much longer than the rest. I thought this was accidental until I talked with a few other guys who have all had similar occurrences and ONLY with this establishment. I checked online and there is a scam among certain hair franchises. The scam is to INTENTIONALLY leave your hair ill-cut with long patches to FORCE you to return earlier than you normally would -- in order to "tame" the unruly parts of your hair with another "cut". Im convinced that this scam is EXACTLY what this franchise is up to. Dont use them. Total waste of money and you wont discover it until the next day after youve washed out whatever they used to hold the hack job out of view. I had my hair cut again the NEXT DAY by another person elsewhere. That person was astonished that such a poor job with such an uneven cut had been done the day before and literally asked me if the person who cut it smelled of alcohol (because it looked like maybe a drunk had done it)!

My husband went in and asked if they could give him a low fade, the first lady said no and said someone else was good at doing them. Wrong, she was terrible it took 40 minutes of him getting his hair cut to end up with a high "fade" if thats what you want to call it... someone could have done a better job watching YouTube videos on how to do a fade. Plus theres a nice little bald spot on the back of his head now and his hair is uneven at the back. 40 minutes of her hacking his hair and $14 all for me to have to cut his hair at home to fix the mess they made.

Ive been taking my kids here off and on for a while. The last few times we went they were not happy with their haircuts. They do offer frequent coupons and we do keep going back hoping that it will be better next time. Although Im not sure if we will continue to do so. The last time my sons haircut was very uneven and he was very unhappy and we had to go somewhere else and pay for another haircut to get it fixed

I liked nothing...the people there...the hair cut just everything. My hair gets curly after a while and i told then talk the curls off and dont make it too short. They ended up makeing look like i almost got it buzzed. Also while i was there they did indeed insult my favorite hair stype, which was far from professional

Never had a problem. I avoid wait times by checking in online, which I recommend. You get in, you get out and you dont spend a lot of money. Its what you can expect for a cheap haircut. If you want a salon experience you can spend a lot more. If you want a quick, cheap haircut this place is my go to.

Second time in a row Ive had to take scissors to my own head after going here. It looked so bad when I got out of the shower all I could do was laugh, should have never gone back after the first time. Screw me once shame on you, screw me twice, shame on me! This last one was my own fault.

been here a couple times. Had a decent hair cut the first time. But the last time I went I received a terrible haircut from the woman with a lazy eye. She obnoxiously sang along with the music on the radio and bad mouthed to her coworker about the customer that was next in queue.

Not bad at all. Clean/organized. Everyone working there is strangely happy and they laugh at anything - but they do whatever you ask, are nice and dont try to upsell you. Its only for quick haircuts - very quick and great hours

Its great for what it is. Ive had no issues with my cuts. Tell them what you want, and they deliver. If they are doing it wrong, tell them. Simple.
