My husband and I have been members for a month and we absolutely love it!! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Best of all the trainers are full of knowledge, motivating and will make it the best 1 hour workout you have ever had!! I highly recommend giving it a try, you wont be disappointed.

I am so hooked! Did my first class this week the Assassin and loved it. Class was one hour long with a 15 minute warm up and 8 rounds against the heavy bag. Amazing workout. Staff and other members taking the class were so nice.
