I use to go to this gym a couple of years back but moved away and now Im back. I had a regular membership and went often, loved the people back then. So I decided to join back up and purchased my membership through Costco. I went in and spoke to a lady that signed me up quickly, asked me when I would like to schedule my personal trainer, etc. and went on my way. I wasnt able to do my fingerprint because thier system went down so she said just to come back another day. So another day comes and I go to tell them I need to do my fingerprint and now they tell me I cant workout there because I dont have the right memebership! That this is a Supersport!? The guy says there are ones in Irving and Southlake that I can go to. I literally live 5 mins away from this place to where I can walk there! Why the hell would I drive all the way to those other locations. So I told him I rather take my business else where because I was not going to pay an extra $300 to go there. He could do nothing nor would he return my voucher. He advised they cant tell what type of membership I have until the scratch off the voucher. Well they scratched it off when I was there the initial day and told me nothing about not being eligible to workout there! If so I would have never redeemed the voucher! I will definitely be contacting corporate if I am not am to recieve a full refund with Costco. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Cramped small 24 Hour Fitness. VERY MOTORCYCLE UNFRIENDLY. I have been riding crotch rockets for 15 years, and parked near the doors of businesses thousands of times - in the local area and Nationally. Every business recognizes that crotch rockets are easily stolen and are a hot commodity for theft, and that your only defense is to park near the front door of a business. NEVER out of my thousands of times parking, have a I ever been told I cannot - except for this place. I explained my concerns, and parking way out in the lot where there is virtually zero eye sight from the desk to 98% of the lot left me open for a very good chance of theft. They gave me some lame Bedford City Ordinance. I explained that none of the dozens of Bedford businesses have ever told me that. I called Bedford City, and they said there was no City Ordinance that would be enforced for motorcycles - only if cars did. And Stephen the trainer, a punk kid that is a so called "trainer", needs to be knocked out. Head the size of the Hindenburg. Back in the day you could to teach them a lesson. Nowadays, these dirtbag kids hide behind Police.

Locker rooms were clean, staff were friendly but like everyone is saying the equipment is really old and no longer deemed safe. The cardio equipment literally had crystalized sweat on them, on the wheels, a clear indication they had not been cleaned in years. None of the benches or machines were bolted to the ground, including the squat racks. The machines even had signs on them stating they should be bolted to the ground. I cancelled and went elsewhere, they are just not worth the price. I would only consider going back if they update all their equipment, bolted them to the floor, and clean their cardio machines at least once a day.

This is by far the worst 24 hour fitness in America. Though I havent done the research to justify it, Its pretty hard to get worse. Early 90s decor, sand piles in the hot tub, torn carpet, 90s purchased analog TVs that are all poor quality. The Child care is not dependable, they will say they are full without asking for help from the front desk. This is of course if they show up on time in the first place. If you are very low maintenance and can work out with minimal necessities, this is the place for you. ALso, bikes are in horrible shape, continually breaking down

Clearly built in the early to mid 90s, this gym has not been updated since then. It has what Im sure was top of the line Precor equipment then, but their age presents itself in creaks and squeaks and broken heart rate monitors. To complete the back to the future vibe they have banks of CRT TVs which you can listen to on FM radio band transmitters, presumably while in your headband, leg warmers or track suit. I love my 24 Hour fitness center in Keller, but if this was the first 24 Hour I visited I would have had a dim view of their company.

It has pretty much everything you need. It comes at a hefty cost considering other quality gyms. The sauna in the public eye is dumb architecture though. They have workout classes too which is also probably why they charge outrageous prices. The customer service is standard. It feels like theyre trying to nickle and dime the hell outta ya. And the mandatory annual contracts? Dude, thats sooo 1990s. I signed because its close and I wanted to motivate a buddy get back into shape. After thats done, I think my time there is done.

It is not very busy, as there is one like two blocks away, but the machines are older so I tend not to go there.. They have the older recumbent bikes with the large middle section, all the other clubs have the newer sports trac ones. The strength training section is smaller too. If you want a treadmill or elliptical, then this is your place! Cause they are fully stocked there! Oh, and I have never actually seen a staff member upstairs where the equipment is, so do not hope for help of any kind.

Its by far one of the worse, its a "super sport" and the hot tub usually never works no basketball court and its small and crowded, definitely shouldnt be charging members super sport prices thats for sure....oh and the building leaks when it rains it was just remodeled so imagine how bad it used to be before the pictures you actually see is the old non remodeled one.

Very very bad experience with 24 hour fitness. I get membership for this club in offer. but i was charged the annual fee again, which was discounted as offer. Once you join, you are totally robbed. I can not cancel my membership. To cancel the membership, you have to pay the entire 12 month fee. I never recommend this fitness. Find other fitness. No Helpful support.

So earlier today I went to this gym with my buddy. I had the free pass to try out the gym. The guys who helped me getting the pass was nice and actually gave me 3 days of free pass. The workout area and the locker room are all quite clean, I would recommend this place for people to whether try or just get membership.

This gym has the worst customer service. Every time i call theres never a manager available. I have to contact other 24 fitness to help me. Only good thing about this gym is the classes available. If you want to join 24 fitness dont come to this one. North Rich Hills has the best customer service.

dont understand what makes it a super sport aside from the towels. I do like the pool hot tub area, but surprised with disrepair of the locker room and other things that it would have the designation of super, thought they would be more strict, but I guess Ill just have to modify my understanding
