I cant recommend Erin, Nicole and their team of pros highly enough. The workouts are a test of strength and stamina while fun and engaging. My flexibility and range of motion has improved and Ive felt a difference in my other workouts and athletic pursuits, particularly tennis. Gentlemen, dont think that you cant or wont benefit from Bar Method!

Absolutely love Bar Method! Ive been a member with other barre studios in the past, but this is by far my favorite! The teachers are wonderful & encouraging, the owners are as sweet as can be, & the studio is gorgeous! I love that different levels are offered & their are so many class time options. This is my new obsession!
