The older bearded man that typically runs this branch is literally the least helpful postal worker I have ever dealt with. I only go here due to proximity to my work but I advise everyone to avoid it unless you have an emergency! It really is too bad when someone personifies the cliche government worker. What finally prompted this post was his refusal to assist a woman with about 9 or so packages. She had a girl helping her bring them in and after 7 of them were ready and loaded near the register, he asked how many more packages they had and they replied, "Two." He told them that was just too many for him to deal with since his was a one man store and theyd have to go to a larger office. All this despite the fact that there were no other customers in the store. Unbelievable!

Absolutely love this postal service. I always go in and joke with Ray. People are being too hard on him. Just because he doesnt have an out going personality doesnt make him a bad worker. In fact, He always gives multiple options and prices so you know what you want and have a variety to chose from. The hours may not be GREAT, but its still worth going to this PO because they dont have those dreadful long lines, you know u arent getting ripped off as well, and they have an awesome store lead "ray"

One person but then I was the only one in there. Make sure you park out front in the 10 minute zone as the parking structure behind is inaccessible and looks like its falling down. Note they close for an hour between 12:30 and 1:30 so plan accordingly. This post office is very close to work so Im glad the Postal Service keeps it open. Not much business but well stocked with everything you need. The woman on duty was very helpful.

Hands down the worst USPS location in the valley. I only go here when I absolutely have to and most of those times they have some handwritten sign posted about how they are closed. I would call before going & being disappointed. The guy who runs this location is quite possibly the most unhappy person Ive ever met.

I have been using this post office for about 5 years - Ray has been and helpful in all our dealings. The hours are not my favorite but they only have one employee at the station so know before you go that wait times could be longer and that you might not get him while hes at lunch.

Not the best hours open but other than that service was good. Not crowded! Thats a plus because I hate running errands. Guy there is quiet, no big deal. People leaving reviews are being really mean. So 4 stars because hours could be better.

Wow! I had 4 envelopes to mail - 2 with insurance. Then I asked for a .65 stamp and he gave me a .55. When I pointed it out he said I was wearing him out. And Christmas is coming. He needs to retire now!!! Or be fired, better yet.

I cant believe the hours here. Even though its close to my work the place is closed daily when everyone has lunch and then not even open for a little while on Saturday

I think that the postal worker here (Ray) is being judged harshly. He always is kind to me and Im sure he has bad days like anyone else does.

Yes, you may have to wait. But there is only one person. And that is not his fault. That would be the USPS and how cheep they are.

Full Service Lobby opens 10a.m. I stood in the lobby from 10:05 to 10:20. Very frustrating. Left without being helped
