Why has your phone been busy for an hour? Off the hook? I think its pretty safe to say, as I have had to call here frequently whenever I receive a package on one of my regular postwomans (who is awesome) days off, because instead of not being lazy and bringing larger packages to my door, the relief postman stuffs them into a locker which is too small, making it impossible for the key to turn to thereby opening the locker. In all of the many many times I have been forced to call about this issue, the phone has never been busy, as well it shouldnt be, as they have how many people working at this location? Unacceptable. As I mentioned, I have had to call many many times regarding this relief postman doing this, but it would appear nothing is said to him, or he doesnt care, because he continues to do it over and over again. Perhaps disciplinary action might leave an impression, because Im at my wits end not being able to get my packages that are just there sitting in the parcel box, yet without me having any freaking way of opening the locker and getting it. Not happy.

These people do not help. I made the mistake of filling out my forwarding address card wrong. I checked family for me added my daughter who has her Dads last name. Well I started getting everybodys mail from my old house. The kicker is when I got the letter in the mail to review the changes and call immediately if it was wrong, I did right then. The lady said she corrected it and explained to me why it happened. Well I continued to get the forwarding mail and called again to tell her that it wasnt fixed. She told me it should have been and that she would take care of it. She could not explain why I was still getting this mail. Again she said it would stop. It didnt. 1 month later I personally went into the office to fix this problem. In the end the manager told me it was all my fault even with all my efforts to correct this. All I have to say is, why bother sending out those confirmation letters if they are going to do it their way anyway. Be careful, if you make boo boo, your screwed.

I have tried to get a hold of someone for the last month. I just moved in to a new house. I called them and they told me to contact my HOA for mail help. I called my HOA and they said that the post office handles my mail (you think they would know that before they just passed me off). I called back, and after two days of busy signals I finally got someone who again told me to contact my HOA. After I explained the situation she said she would get my mail box re keyed and get me everything I need. In addition she said she would find out where my mial for the last month is. That was a week ago and now I have a mortgage payment and my mail is no where to be found, and when I call it is a busy signal. You would think the Post Office would have a better Phone system. No wonder nobody likes the post office they make it real hard to like them!!! A horrible first impression.

"Carol" , a supervisor, told me they dont track First Class Mail Packages (small ones) if you drop it in the wall bin inside the lobby. They supposedly only track packages if you leave them on the counter. She also admitted that they dont track packages at all if they are "too busy over the holidays." As a business person, it is extremely important for the initial scan of the tracking so that it shows that I mailed the package on time for Ebay. Also, dont try to call them b/c they put their phone on "do not disturb" because they just dont want to be bothered when theyre busy. Funny thing is that Ive dropped First Class Mail Packages in a free standing mailbox in a shopping mall parking lot in Gilbert AZ, and my packages have all been scanned. Can I say perhaps that they are lazy and incompetent? Disgusted with this location.

This post office loses packages of mine on just about a weekly basis. Supervisors dont want to take the time to throughly check to see if your missing package is there. Gave them the correct tracking number twice and told me it was incorrect. Went home and double checked numbers because they told me they were incorrect, and of course, I had the correct numbers. They can never seem to find anything. They give you the runaround and then when I go back again to check on my package, it magically appears. Im getting really tired of driving a half hour from my home to try and find my packages. When you try and call this post office, they must also frequently leave their phone off the hook as it is always busy and they never answer their calls. This post office is also dirty looking and needs and update.

I am a business who relies on receiving the mail in a timely manner. We typically do not get it until noon or after on a daily basis. I have often asked if I could pick it up instead of waiting three quarters of a day to give my employees work to do. That is not an option! Here it is today at 2:05 p.m. on a Friday and we still do not have our mail! Come on USPS get your act together. Some of us really encourage others to use your services but jeepers you have to take care of your end and I dont want to hear your excuses, manage your business! We have to manage ours and I just sent workers home. Feel good that you are cutting people out of making a living? This is disgusting and you want to raise the costs again? What exactly do you expect from the public? POOR Service it is a shame!

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. A complete disregard of procedures by this post office and its mail carrier is now costing me big time. When a person pays for Certified Mail, Restricted Delivery, with Signature Confirmation, that is what they should expect to get. The package, which contained important time-sensitive court documents, was not only NOT signed for by the addressee, the postal worker allowed her son to sign for it. Now, the court papers have not been served and there is no time to have them served in the required time per the court, which means the court date must be extended...which costs us more money and another day off of work which had already been taken. I am FURIOUS over this.

Four times now I have had to crush parcels or cut the contents out of the shipping box to get my parcel. The time I cut the contents out, naturally the empty shipping box stayed in the mail box. You think they would learn that the opening on the back of the mailbox where they stuff it, is larger than the front. After the latest incident I complained. A lady called me back and said they do that because the parcel lockers were full. So sticking it in the "mail" box where I cant get it out is their solution?? Morons, if in fact her excuse was true. My opinion is that the mail carrier was to lazy to open up a parcel locker. Duhhhh
