Unfortunately places can say they are usps when they are not. I have twice gome there and twice left without shipping from them. The first time I had am envelope with a small book..they wanted over $16. I explained the if it fits it ships and asked for a box. Said no that was as cheap as they could do it. Went back because I had something already in a priory mail package. They charged me $3 dollars more. I said no those are only $6 they said only at the post office...they should not allow places to use federal post office when. You do not get the correct rate. No 3rd times a charm here. Not going back....beware

Do not use them. I used them for to deliver a medium flat-rate package. They couldnt offer me a tracking number at the time of accepting my package due to power outages. When they sent my package, they acquired a tracking number, but they did not save it. My package did not arrive to its destination. Neither they, nor the post office, can offer me information on my package because they did not save the tracking number. I recommend not using this location, as they are a third party service which can not offer equivalent service to the USPS.

this place absolutely sucks. do not come here if you want something to reach your destination at all. i mailed something that was very important two weeks ago and there is no record of it anywhere. go to a real post office.

I never have to wait here, drop my stuff off ready to go and ships quickly. Free boxes available too for all my shipping needs. Hidden inside the bike shop so hard to find.

unfortunately I would have to agree with the statement below. many items lost important ones arrive late, they find the mail in the back when i inquire.
