Came in calmly and Michelle seemed to be in a very bad mood.The store with purchase items was closed and I I asked about tape and she said "if its priority you can use all you want" in a "snappy voice". I asked if you could drop off UPS packages here and she said "we are the post office!" (I had previously looked up that you could online). I put priority tape on my package and found some tape that I needed to purchase and was looking of where to drop it and she said with attitude of where to put it." I then needed to buy the tape, she seemed super irritated, I then said she had a poor attitude, and she made me feel like I had done something wrong, ? Strangest encounter and worst service I have received at a USPS post office.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went to this location on Friday night and I was INSIDE the building and walking up to the desk at 5:59pm and I was told by an older white male with brown hair and a white older female with brown hair who works at the passport window that they were closed!!! I completely understand that you close at a certain time and that time is 6:00pm. I checked my watch and my phone to be sure of the correct/exact time and it said 5:59pm. I told both of them that no its only 5:59pm your not closed and showed them my phone and they said yes we are! So rude of them! I know they probably want to go home and be off work just like the rest of us but your still open for business then your still open!!!!

Shame on the carrier at the service deski was halfway to the counter and it turned 601. He informed me they were closed and he would not postmark my letters. That i could come back tomorrow. Somewhat disappointed i turned around looking at my phone and said its 601. Disheartened i turned to leave there was a manager or supervisor standing there. He asked what i needed. I explained and he was kind and took my letters along with a few others and told me he would take care of it ! Awesome. Went above and beyond to make my day. So appreciated since im not from the area and i rushed to make it by 6. Thank you! Thank you for going out of your way to help! Awesome !

I realized our mail wasnt being delivered , I waited for the mail man to come he skipped our house so I went to ask him why , he said he was told to do so that they are holding our mail. He was totally awesome about it . So I went to the building and they said they are holding our mail because my dog scared them (did NOT bite) and that they wont deliever my mail anymore because its happened 3 times . I NEVER once got a notice about it . I tried to talk to an older man about what we can do so I can still get my mail he was very RUDE and Unpleasant to talk to.

What a joke! I am so passed right now! Ordered my wifes prescription pills and they were delivered to our community mailboxes! A key was placed in my mailbox for one of the parcel boxes. The key doesnt fn work. Call them up an get some dumbass telling me his courier would Retrieve them for us an deliver them to our residence. That was fn three days ago! Check mail again today and the parcel key is back in the box and no fn prescriptions in my mailbox or on my front door, I am gonna raise hell in the am! Fn bastards!!!

Ive got the worse customer service experience. Employees trying to overchage me, $2.54 for the large envelope . When I told them that for the same envelope I paid $1.20 n the same ps, .they told me to go somewhere else. They were very rood. I went to the next post office and they charged me $1.20. I met there two mature idiots trying to proof that they know more than me (I work here 30 years and I know more).

The mail carrier who delivers mail to my apartment had the nerve to take a permanent marker, write on 3 pieces of my mail telling me I need to move out of my apartment! I called to complain about this unexpected behavior and I was told sorry, well have to deal with this in the morning" in the mean time Im just expecting my mail, packages etc. to be vandalized in the process. This is so upsetting.

I work for a business in Sandy, and we have got the greatest mail carrier named Kandi who delivers our mail every day. She is such an incredible lady, and she lives up to her name as she is insanely "sweet"! We are very happy with the service this post office provides and hope we get to keep Kandi in her route for a very long time!

These people at the post office arent the most professional.. If youre closed lock your doors like all other stores. If Im in the building, I expect to be given service. I chose not the argue, I just looked at my watch, laughed and walked out. On a positive note, my mail carrier is pretty great. Keep him, ditch the rest!

If youre dropping off packages make sure that you wait in line to get them scan in. Ive had some not scanned and then they "magically" get lost and cant be found. Other than that its just a regular normal post office.

USPS has become much more efficient and reliable over the past decade. This particular campus includes passport registration, and sells mailing supplies in case you forget to get a box before you get there.
