There was some initial issue with scheduling (did not keep initial appointment, technician given wrong address) with my initial call, but when the technician finally arrived the repair was completed satisfactory. There was a part/switch that had been bypassed a few years ago (by another firm). The initial diagnosis was to replace the part. However, when I challenged this, the technician suggested that he rewire the bypassed switch and test it before removing/replacing. The switch did work, but he needed to be realigned, which he did. The net result was a saving of about 1/2 the cost of replacing the switch. I would recommend their work to anyone...

Cesar showed up during a winter storm to fix the heater in rapid time. He discovered that a previous company had incorrectly installed the wires, causing my emergency heat to be used instead. Cesar took his time rewiring everything! Best customer service I have experienced, and will be using this company for any other repairs needed in the future.

Called them up they were over very quickly within a week and handled our kitchen problem on the first attempt excellent service!! 2 other plumbers came here first and couldnt find the problem but these guys came and identified the issue immediately!
