Our non-profit organization has utilized Nichols & Phipps for many years for its HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs and has been more than pleased by the excellent work that they perform! They always provide us with excellent customer service, both by the office personnel and service technicians, all while standing behind their work. Their technicians (Ken with HVAC, Drew with Plumbing, Russel with Electrical) are well-trained, demonstrate having a wealth of knowledge in their field of expertise, and present themselves in a professional, polite, friendly, and customer-service oriented manner. We are very pleased with the many years of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services that Nichols & Phipps has provided to us and would highly recommend them to others!

prompt and courteous professional staff, arrived on time and stayed late to install our new AC unit. Our AC unit stopped working on the hottest day of the summer, Nichols and Phipps had a technician out that evening to diagnose the problem, upon hearing the bad news that our outside unit had gone bad (which we knew was going to happen since it was the original unit installed when we first bought our home) they made adjustments to their schedule to have a new unit installed the very next morning, everything went smoothly and their lead salesman even followed up a few weeks after the installation to see if we needed any questions answered about out new AC unit,

No homeowner could possibly ask for any better service than what my family has received from Nichols & Phipps! For almost 30 years our historical home [circa 1840] has had its heating and a/c, electric and plumbing [incl well water system and barn bldgs] facilities maintained and upgraded [as necessary] All work was done by Nichols & Phipps. As a military man I might be considered more demanding than most but, in EVERY instance, this company demonstrated the integrity, knowledge and timeliness whenever I called for help. Nichols and Phipps did an outstanding job with fixing the plumbing issue on my house. They listened and evaluated my problem and solved it at a very reasonable price. Before calling Nichols and Phipps I had gotten two other plumbing companies to look at my problem and they gave me very large quotes on repairing other things that did not apply to the fix that Nichols and Phipps had done. Nichols & Phipps did an excellent and professional job. They came out same day we called. Answered all of our questions and showed us what we could do ourselves to maintain and extend the life of our HVAC system. Even replaced the battery in the smoke detector while working in the attic. Absolutely the best company! This company has a lot of knowledge and are super friendly! I was a bit apprehensive at first since I feel companies are always out to get you. Not this one. They are very honest and their work is good. The technician that came was very courteous. He thoroughly explained the problem and what needed to be done. He also gave me pointers on how I can maintain the ac unit myself. He showed me how to change filters and gave me recommendations. I highly recommend them!

Always prompt and efficient. Weve used them for our AC twice-yearly checkups and repairs. They have never let us down! When our AC quit, while we were out of town, they responded immediately to our request for help. They will do emergency repairs, if necessary. They fixed our unit the day after we called. (We didnt want them coming at 3am, though they would have, so managed to muddle through the night with open windows and fans.) A great service!

A small electronic box in my septic system set off the alarm to make me think there was a problem with the tank. Nichols and Phipps responded immediately and found the problem was just a simple electronic connection and fixed it immediately! Saved me a lot of $$. They were professional and kind. Made the appointment. They told me a certain time. After the time was up I called them. They had completely forgotten about me. They arrived after the building manager left so they could never check the unit on the roof. I got charged over $200 because they cleaned a drain in the unit. Thats nice. Now I have to call someone else to check the unit. Horrible!!!!
