Recently we had a drain clog that we were no longer able to manage on our own so we had to call in the professionals. I am so glad that we did! Our experience with Cardinal Plumbing was FANTASTIC! Seriously, Im a fan. I do not normally provide reviews but do when my expectations are exceeded. We were introduced to Cardinal Plumbing from one of those handy man websites where they had pretty good reviews so we thought that wed give them a try. First, its the simple things that count. Scheduling the appointment and work was a breeze and a pleasure! While they didnt have any openings the same day they were able to get me in first thing the next morning. The scheduler on the phone was just so pleasant and friendly. Second, prior to the scheduled appointment, they sent me an email reminder of the appointment and included a PICTURE of the team member that was coming. They provided the name when scheduling but this is AMAZING! I really like that I know whos coming to my door and into my home. Why arent ALL companies doing this?? Third, the person doing the work was not on time... He was EARLY! He explained what he was going to do, how much it would cost, and got to work. This is how all home repair services should go. All of this says to me, Cardinal Plumbing is very professional, they understand things like this are an inconvenience to the home owner and RESPECT our time. Cardinal Plumbing has set the bar high my friends...

Our shower ran out of hot water quickly. Cardinal had just installed the system several months ago. I called them at 8:30 and Daniel was at my house by 10:00... Of course when he got there the HW heater was working fine. After trouble shooting the problem, Daniel diagnosed that it was most likely a problem with the mixing cartridge in our shower... He instructed me how to diagnose it for sure if happened again, call him and he would be right over with the replacement part. Ive been using Cardinal for a couple of years now. They are a fantastic company.

Daniels knowledge and proferssioal service totally exceeded my expectatons. I had a clogged sink, which he snaked and repiped, and he gave me tips on products I should and should not use so that I wont damage the plumbing. He also fixed a leaking faucet/sink. He tested many times to make sure the problems have been resolved. The individual job pricing was not super cheap, but he gave me a discount for multiple jobs performed, and gave me a yelp discount. For the quality of service, it was definitely reasonable, and I highly recommend them.

I was quite impressed. After getting increasingly expensive estimates from two other plumbers, George came in, assessed the situation, didnt think it was as "dire" as one of the other plumbers thought, did a workaround and saved me hundreds of dollars in the process. I like the fact that he was up front and realistic about the situation and didnt try to sell me an expensive "solution" but instead, fixed my problem for much less and took less time doing it. Ive been a customer of Kiddco for years but I think Ill be switching.

We developed a leak in the water supply line to our dishwasher. Cardinal Plumbing did a great job a analyzing just were the leak occurred and helped us decide just what to do. We decided to replace the dishwasher. Cardinal Plumbing worked with us to remove the old unit and install the new one. I cant say enough good things about their service. They were always on time, very helpful, and paid great attention to detail which we greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend Cardinal Plumbing for any plumbing project.

Highly recommend Cardinal Plumbing. Used them three times within a past year. On Christmas Eve our basement flooded. We had to replace an old water heater and stop the water from flooding the basement. Nickolai is super knowledgable and patient. He took his time and went an extra mile to make sure the whole procedure went smoothly from start to finish. He accommodated us and came ASAP to help get the running water back in the house. As a result of these problems we had to replace of the entire water line. We are very grateful that the Cardinal team made this replacement quick, efficient and for the reasonable price. We had an ongoing pipe noise issue I wanted someone to have a look at. Weve used Cardinal Plumbing before and have been very pleased with them so I sent them a note to come out sometime. Scheduling was very easy, George came out that morning and was able to diagnose a likely cause of the issue. The fix was at a reasonable cost and the noise hasnt repeated for a couple of days so it appears that solved the problem. Thanks Cardinal!

I have used Cardinal Plumbing three times now and wouldnt use any other company. They ar4e professional, attentive and thorough. Yani from the office is a pleasure to work with and Nikolai my plumber is the best. He installed a dishwasher for us today and stayed calm and resourceful when encountering problems beyond his control. Anyone in need of plumbing services should consider Cardinal because they are the best.

While turning my homes main water service back on after a vacation the valve stem broke with the valve in the "closed" position, leaving the house without water. Cardinals mechanic came out the next morning and replaced both the valve and the pressure reducer (at my request to address another issue) in less than an hour! I hardly new he was there! Great work and reasonable pricing!

We ran into a few hurdles given the construction of our home, but Chris had the excellent idea to circumvent the issue entirely--and it worked.
