The people working the parts counter know what theyre doing. They helped find nearly-obsolete parts for a repair in my old house, they get simple parts right away, and they even suggested another store to try when they couldn"t help me once. These guys have never snickered at simple questions or told me that the part I need doesnt exist (which happened at Home Depot more than once). Ive never felt awkward about "buying hardware while female" there.

We had a toilet back up and called H&S. They were out almost immediately, fixed the toilet and threw in a quick repair on cleaning the shower head out for better water pressure in our shower - did not charge us for that repair. Will definitely have them back when more plumbing repairs are needed. Fast, friendly and fair.
