I would NOT recommend Kane Heating and Plumbing. They charged $211.00 per hour!! YES, thats right $211.00 per hour for labor!!! Very dishonest company. I called the receptionist and she said they dont have an hourly fee!! And it was just all put together into a lump some bill which included parts, labor, service call, environment fee. On the receipt there is clearly a labor fee. Found out after the fact another family member had the same issue! It seems from a previous review they were charged even more per hour for labor!! So I guess the labor rate varies.

If I could give negative stars I would. They do not inform you that their hourly rate is $292 in advance, then they cant do the work you ask of them. I had slow sewer drainage at my house and they were not able to determine the problem because they couldnt "get the snake to go around a bend". It took them an hour just to figure that out, then when I got fed up with them and very politely fired them, they took an hour to re-install the toilet theyd removed to snake the drain. So Im out $1000 for absolutely nothing. Total scam artists.
