the name itself is misleading. I called at noon to set up a 330 appt. I was told he would be there in the evening. I asked for an approximate time. they WOULD not give me a time. I had to ask them not to show up after 8PM. they did arrive at 530PM. tech was OK. diagnosed problem as the capacitor. He went to replace and told me the charge would be $525. I refused service at that point. was able to get the part for $9.75 and put it on myself (2-screws) just my opinion.....but what a ripoff ! will not call again or recommend to anyone

They were prompt and respectful of the home, but I felt that the technician was more salesperson than plumber. Super expensive too. It cost me $250 for them to cut 2 holes in my drywall that I now need to repair. My total bill was almost $500 to find and fix a leak above my kitchen ceiling, and that doesnt include the drywall repairs that are now needed. Also, I had to buy in to a monthly service plan in order for my bill to be reduced down by 15% from what the full price would have been. I dont think Ill be calling them again.

I have great trust in this company. They have had some knurly situations to contend with. Over the years no one has been able to silence the awful noises coming from the radiators. The owner came over to check on the job. He came in wearing a suit and tie and went downstairs to discuss the problem with his crew . He came back up black with soot and dirt. The problem was fixed! He is a very personable man. I would never use another plumbing company.

With the 17 per month protection plan offering 15 percent discount tried to charge me $560 to replace a water heater thermostat - at most $250 job but usually about $150. Ive used them before and they do good work at slightly higher prices but this is ridiculous. Plenty of other options.

These guys are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and effective, but a bit pricey. If you have an emergency that you need fixed fast and well, they are a good firm to call. But dont expect it to be cheap.

Great people! Totally trustworthy. They actually steered me away from buying high-end upgrades because it wouldnt be more effective for my home than the mid-level upgrade.
