Unreliable. A friendly and seemingly knowledgeable guy came out for a sewer line estimate. He said he would write up a proposal but nothing happened. Contacted their office and they said they would remind him to do it, still nothing. So, if you dont mind wasting your time on a Saturday morning, then give them a call.

I had Clarksburg Plumbing come out to fix a leaking toilet, inspect a leaking sink and install a new faucet. They were courteous, professional and timely, both on the phones and in person. They came back when I had a small leak again the same day and replaced a faulty part for me free of charge.

Really nice guy. When my toilet issue was a super fast fix, he asked if he could look at anything else so I got my hours worth. He checked all of the toilets/sinks, and even showed me how to winterize something. Punctual, called on his way. Highly recommend.
